an increase of the rates is ridiculous and the reason is it always goes up & I tell them about weeds and insects in there and nothing gets done

My mother and I came by to potentially to purchase a storage. The receptionist automatically assumed what we needed instead of just letting us view the storage unit. It's unfortunate, I was looking forward to doing business with this company.
