Our experience at this storage facility was completely unacceptable. While we were simply unloading our things, Gary came over aggressively yelling at us about how we “didn’t punch in,” even though we arrived in two separate cars. He claimed we had received a contract explaining this policy—but we were never given one. He became hostile and confrontational in front of my three-year-old child, raising his voice and acting in a threatening manner. Later, I called to ask for the corporate number and Gary answered, chuckled, and said he couldn’t give it to me, then passed the phone to Cheryl, who was extremely rude and also refused to give me the number. She said she would give the number to Gary to call me back, which made no sense since he was the one I had just spoken to. Then she said she would pass my number along to someone named Art. I ended up having to call a completely different location in Bakersfield just to get the corporate contact. We will absolutely be finding a new storage facility after today. The lack of professionalism, the hostility, and the refusal to provide basic customer support are unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.

It's been almost 2 months and I'm still waiting on a return phone call about them returning my full month of rent the lady says they don't give refunds if you vacate earl. Three days is not vacating early. I was charged for vacating my other storage 3 days after the first that was prorated. I paid it. Now my other storage I paid a month in advance I vacated the same day as my other storage that I was charged a 3-day late prorated fee and I paid it. I am owed a full months rent minus 3 days I used. It's robbery. And bad business. Since I am still waiting I guess i will just have to try corporate. FYI don't pay in advance especially any specials you pay months in advance

It was a great experience! I rented a 10x15 unit with everything completed in less than 1/2 hour, which included being shown the storage unit.
