My unit got damaged by a vehicle, they contacted me almost immediately to notify us. They gave us another unit 4 doors down. Then they called and said they were giving us a free month for the inconvenience.
Very professional and polite managers.

Management is beyond wonderful and helpful! Very friendly as well as always willing to help and assist even if it’s just the simplest things. Like throwing things away or answering 21 questions. They take the time to make sure that you’re happy and that your personal belongings are taken care of too in the storage unit.

This derrels mini storage is the biggest joke of all. My unit got broken into and everything was taken and I can't even see the footage of someone stealing my things. The main guy Miguel is a nobody and I'm out 50,000 dollars worth of items and keepsake things that can't be replaced and he says oh well. They watch you unload your things so they know what you have but I can't see the video. Seems to me like someone working there had their hands on my property

The reason why I'm giving them to stars. I really don't want to give him any stars. Considering they make you feel uncomfortable, watching you. Load your stuff in or out of your storage. Being nosy or trying to talk to you. When your buzy to work done fast Are in a Timely matter . Some people just like a little more privacy and are too busy to sshit done . Don't sit there in your Cart and watch people call. And the only reason why they get 2 stars is because the lady in the office was really sweet.
