I hand used this location since 2019. I have had storage units there. Very very clean. Today I had to rent another unit. The young lady at the counter was very professional and did the entire rental paper work very quick and very professional. Very nice to do business with people that know their business and give you such a professional outcome. I would recommend this location at white ln and Old River to everyone. Thanks

Hello everyone,I'm so emotional to leave this review here but I know is going to help someone else, I came here looking for an storage and the lady who was here was polite but really specific with the answers,there was another couple of people looking for storage too,I was told they didn't have any units available for the moment,I'm Hispanic and I was corrected about my pronunciation by this lady,what I thought it was nice,but then I was told by her to go and look for storage somewhere else, I was waiting outside because I feel discriminated and I ask this American people if they rent a storage unit,they said YES! they rent it with out any problem, then I realize I just been discriminated,please if you are HISPANIC be aware of this situation.
