I've been going to this location for years with the same vehicle. Today, I pull up and the service guy says right off the bat that an oil change is going to start at $99.99. I ask why and he says it's because I have a hybrid vehicle! I went to another location and it was the standard $49.99. Not returning here again.

This guys are amazing. Juan R. Timothy E. Michael C. Great customer service. Pride on their work. And work extremely hard to have you in and out work out sacrifice to attention to detail. Yes. They don't sacrifice attention to detail. Their focus on the work at hand is amazing. They make sure your vehicle is running safe and efficient. Thank you for taking pride on your work and making sure customers are safe. I won't go anywhere else

OMG! Kenny and Alex are the absolute best.... Kenny came and checked out the car after we broke down and followed us back to Jiffy lube... then worked on our car after hours.. they went above and beyond to help us out... new were a ok and safe on the road to Atlanta... thank you guys sooo much fur being try gentleman :)

I googled oil change places near me on a Friday while I was at work, hoping to get my oil changed during my lunch break from Bristol Hospice. I do not live in Bakersfield so could not make the hour drive home with the percenetage I had left in my car. My googled showed the N. Chester location was the closest to me. I am unfamiliar with neighborhood reputations but the further North I drove, the more leary I became. I went in with a preconceived idea of the kind of service I would receive but was already committed and running out of time. The services I received by the manager and employee at this location were such a pleasant surprise. It was really hot for a Fall day and the manager was alone while the technician was on his lunch break. The manager was very pleasant, cordial and polite as he "toggled" between two oil changes. Upon the technicians return the service just got better. I have never seen two fellas so genuinely happy and in love with their jobs. Thank you providing professional and exceptional customer service on a hot Friday afternoon. Your moods were contagious and refreshing. I have since learned my lesson of never judging a book by its cover. You definitely found a returning customer!

This place is great service and friendly and helpful staff everything was communicated very well and you can tell they take there job very serious when inspecting the vehicle by calling out lights and testing everything to make sure your safe for the road I will be back again !

They always overcharge. The mechanic are pretending and they try to take advantage of you as much as possible. They're under new management. I am I allowed about the new management.

Everyone here is so helpful. I can't imagine going anywhere else for this type of service. Jacob managing while Donte helped me out with my vehicle Seamlessly and it was very enjoyable communicating with them. Good people.

Really recommended anyone to come here. Just came for an oil change and Christopher was very genuine and helpful as well as the other two gentleman working with him. Will definitely keep coming back.

The service here was excellent. Went in for only an oil change not intending to get anything else but the way they recommended some services felt nice and genuine. Other places feel pushy when "recommending" services but Jacob who helped was very easy going. His co worker nick also assisted in making the service fly by. I will definitely be back.

These guys are the best, I called prior to coming to get a feel for the pricing and I was shocked as to how friendly and welcoming Arnold was. He and Nick got me in and out quickly. Never thought getting and oil change and engine flush would be so easy. Don't judge a book by its cover or an area so to speak. Definitely stop by!

I had a unique problem in my 2000 Grand Caravan, I have had a leaking oil pressure sending unit. Replaced it for the second time in 3 months last Sunday morning, drove the van to Fresno and came back from Fresno on Wednesday night, about 256 miles round trip. Thursday morning at 10:00 am I had an appointment at Memorial hospital. When I came out to the parking lot I noticed a fair sized puddle of oil under my car right where the sending unit is located. I checked the oil and it was low. The only thing that could leak oil like that besides the sending unit would be the oil filter or the oil filter seal so I Googled for oil change place nearby. Wow only 1.2 miles from a Jiffy Lube at 401 N. Chester Ave. I called and spoke with Nick I explained my problem and asked if they could change my oil because you always get a new filter in the process. I asked if they had the time to help me. "Sure", Nick said, "there's only one person ahead of you and we're almost done with her car". Both mechanics (Nick and Ken) ask me if they could look at the problem first before just changing my oil. They wanted to be sure the oil change would completely remedy my problem. They started the van and went into the pit to check for a leak. They found that the oil filter was fine, no leaks at all, but the sending unit was leaking again. Nick and Ken explained that they could change it out for me but they really wanted me to give the original repair shop that had just changed it a chance to make it right for me. I thought to myself how professional and respectful that their attitude was toward the other shop. I agreed with that plan and decided that was what I would do. This is not where the story ends. Nick had Ken fill my car with the proper oil but in a high mileage oil, because it is a little thicker and would slow the leak slightly (giving me more time to get to the original repair shop). Nick also gave me a quart container of the oil to take with me as well, in case my car ran low before I got across town to the original repair shop. I thanked them and asked them for a bill, at least for the oil they had put in my van, but they refused to charge me. They only asked one thing of me. If I felt that I had been treated fairly to just tell my friends about them, so I am. It's nice to be treated so well when it was very obvious I was in a spot to be taken advantage of. So even though I am 70 years old and probably look like an easy mark and was truly in a pickle I am glad to say I had a wonderful experience there and have found my new oil change specialists from here on out. Thanks Nick and Ken.

I stopped off for oil change after reading the reviews on yelp. I could not have asked for better service. Ken & Jacob we're excellent. Sheba rested in the sitting area while the service was done. She is my dog. The service was quick efficient and excellent. Thank you again for the best service ever. I would highly recommend to anyone.
