I didn’t happen to get her last name but Jennifer that works in the golf area is a gem! You can tell she is experienced in her field and helped me with no hesitation! Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at this location. Definitely deserves the recognition!

Dick’s has pretty much everything. They are a little expensive but you usually get decent to great quality products so your equipment will last. They have a great section for your Blackstone and grilling needs. I just noticed their fishing section has shrunk quite a bit. It’ll do if you’re just going to grab some hooks and weights but that’s about it for the fishing gear. They are perfect for all of your youth athletics equipment, cleats, etc. The clothing there is a little overpriced. Great customer service though, helpful if you ask questions.

I went to the Bakersfield store to look at a mountain bike . An associate quickly asked if I needed help . He mentioned more information than i expected in regards to all the bikes they carry . From gears , breaks , tires, shifting and much more . This young man was so pleasant and helpful. Not to mention very informative. I was so comfortable with his kindness that I recalled other items I needed. He guided me to the other sports items I needed. Needless to say I had no idea the different jump ropes that were available for different workout types. Once again very informative , kind and professional . In the end I bought the more expensive rope and I was so thankful for him that he explained the difference in each jump rope . Thank you Isaac in Bakersfield CA. I’ll be back for the punching bag .

spent about an hour there and for the first 30 minutes, i was ignored. to the point where I was standing in front of the associate, then they walked away... then i walked up to the associate and said, "excuse me i need assistance". that was the only interaction i had with the anyone who worked there while i was looking for my item. and the item i was looking for, I didnt know the type i was looking for. hint, why i was standing there looking for more assistance. but no. then when i finally found something i liked. i walked to the cashier and they told me that, that item was not for sale. i just walked out of that store.

Manager Devon in the golf section was extremely helpful, kind and fixed a problem we had right away. Hard to find good customer service these days , we will be back!

They need to be honest with the bikes/E bikes . About the Return Policy the Time Frame. Less than 24 hours u must return the bikes. They will n0t tell you that until you want to Return. Do not buy anything Regarding Bikes. . On the Receipt it doesn't tell anything about a bike Return. . Be careful.
