They have good service there a good selection of sporting goods and the people are not rude. They're very helpful they don't racial profile you I do recommend this place

They need to be honest with the bikes/E bikes . About the Return Policy the Time Frame. Less than 24 hours u must return the bikes. They will n0t tell you that until you want to Return. Do not buy anything Regarding Bikes. . On the Receipt it doesn't tell anything about a bike Return. . Be careful.

When the lines long and only 2 cashiers, while managers stand around chatting. When you ask for more cashiers the supervisor tells you that’s it. Embarrassing. I want to spend money but hell let’s make the customers wait while we waste time.

I was in store this holiday season and was greeted well and I usually get what I came for and go but a great customer service agent Cali help me find my items and suggested a few other items that I could use I thought her service was professional and helpful thank you Cali the best service I experienced and advice

Great selection of sports clothing. Pretty expensive but also good quality. And they have a large variety of sports and many brands of clothing. Overall good last minute shopping for kids sports

I never go to this store because I don't ever need anything here but I have a job where I'm walking on concrete for 8 hours daily. I figured to go here because they have a decent selection. I was told by a few people not to go there but people just complain sometimes so I went anyways. I told the person helping me what I needed shoes for and that I had a flat foot. They had me buy some shoes that they said would be perfect. I also actually liked the look of them surprisingly. I bought them . I took them home walked in them down the sidewalk to see if they would hurt me or not , I was told I could return them if they didn't work. They killed my feet. Also when talking to a few runners I know they said they should have never been recommended or sold to me because they were not made for flat feet and had a built in arch. I went to exchange them and of course they wouldn't let me . They said they were USED due to the white bottoms having A little dirt on them (which if you look at shoes in the store they all do the floor is dirty) The funniest part is , the shoes I was going to exchange mine for, the lady thought those were mine because when she looked at them they had the same dirt on the bottom . I told the manager they were barely walked in she was rude as hell and said no , I then asked her then why are the ones I was going to exchange for dirty and she said oh well I can give you 10% off. Basically admitting the ones in store were "used" too , which I'm sure they weren't. she's an idiot, anytime you try shoes on in store and walk in them the white bottom will be dirty. I called corporate they said that's ridiculous they wouldn't return them over the bottom and recommended going elsewhere or speaking to another manager as they clearly weren't used. Don't we all love the Karen managers who acts like the money comes from their pockets. Make sure you know what your buying so you don't get screwed over .

Definitely a home run and me and my wife will definitely be coming back to Dick’s Sporting Goods based off of our good experience while buying all of our workout equipment. Finally a 5-star experience at Dick's. Thx for the genuine bubbly thoughtful and just plain fan-tas-tic! Service - Rochelle G She asked questions when needed and resolved any issues that came up. Golf Department is not well informed on their services or equipment. The worker informed me of wrong information. I left the store only to look it up myself only to find out he was wrong. I came back in the store and they said I should extend my clubs. So he wrote me up to have them extended. I paid and left the store. He didn't give me any time of when they would be done or that they had others to do. So I thought they would be working on them. I waited a day and thought to call and check. The girl who answered the phone I asked if my clubs were done. She stated no they hadn't started them yet. So I asked why? Again no word of other clubs to be done. She said there was 7 trucks to unload yesterday that's why she didn't get them done. She said she would talk to her Manager and see if she could get them done. So after work I go golf with my old clubs no big deal. After gold I check to she if she got them done. They said no. I said okay I'll come pick them up. When I arrive some guy from the golf department brings my clubs and tells me how rude and disrespectful I was to the girl and go ahead and take your clubs we don't want your money. The lady at the front that was the other Manager seemed pretty cool and is the first one to tell me usually it takes 3-5 days. That was never mentioned to me. I was never rude to the girl on the phone. One thing I did notice was that the manager that came from the golf department and was rude then just walked away doesn't seem like a golfer. The whole department seems to be non golfers. I know it's tough finding good employees but at least make dilute the ones you do have are informed on your policies and have them relay them to the customer. The way I was treated being a long time customer of this store was quite ridiculous. I just ordered a Ping wedge online and had it delivered 2 days ago. Took my clubs to Dicks in Santa Clarita man what a difference. The Manager there was so nice and started working on my clubs right away. Also charged 20$ less then Bakersfield store

One of my favorite things about our culture is the simple pleasantries exchanged by strangers that don't seem to happen as much elsewhere as it does in the U.S.. I'm not sure if the employees here appreciate that. I consider greeting someone even with a little "hello" the minimum amount of respect one can give. It's a bit of a slap in the face, however, to enter a store and be the one to greet employees only to be responded to with the good ol' eye-roll and silence. This happened with a few other employees, too. So, the rudeness seems to be an epidemic here. Come on now! Richard Stack would be ashamed, guys. My one recommendation for them is to move the apostrophe in "Dick's" over to the right one space.

Any kind of shopping can be difficult for my husband. He has limited mobility and stamina and suffers some cognitive challenges. Everett was so patient. He helped him pick out an appropriate exercise bike, and even helped him find a couple of pairs of cargo shorts in the right size. He patiently answered all of my husband's questions ... he went above and beyond. Great customer service!
