Horrible experience. Tried using my healthcare flex spending account. The cashier was clueless as to what that was. They were not busy, slow to speak to me, and did not listen. I had to repeat information multiple times. Birthdate, name, etc. I only came to this pharmacy because they had what I needed however, I will not be back.

If this had more stars I will put 100 Stars they have wonderful wonderful customer service they are amazing they have been great with me and my wife very friendly staff always make sure you have the medicine you need and they go out the way to make sure we get it this is the best pharmacy that we ever had and was great too they also deliver our medicine to us to and that's easier for us because my wife be at work and I'm always home so them deliver our medicine to us it's a lot of help snd easier thank you Dimas pharmacy being so nice an amazing to us the best pharmacy we ever had like I said before so I give them actually million stars

Great pharmacy, unfortunately I've recently started having problems with them this year. They refuse to fill my prescription for the 18 gauge needles claiming they don't have them when I filled them a both ago. They claimed a 22 gauge needle was "fine" and it wasn't fine for drawing up my estrogen.Now I have to transfer the prescription and just pray that I get it today. Otherwise I'm screwed. They also "pretended" to not receive the 18 gauge needle prescription. Planned parenthood clearly stated they sent it out.This pharmacy is basically treating me like a junkie at this stage and I'm offended by the lack of service. That's twice I've caught them in a lie over this issue.I suspect the reason they are unfairly stereotyping me is because I needed hydrocodone in the past after a major dental surgery. I haven't had a refill since the surgery, so I don't see how that is "stereotypical junkie" behavior in their f***** up minds.I don't shoot up, I'm transgender. I need injections because the estrogen pills made me sick to my stomach. The patches caused my skin to break out. I've tried every other method because believe me, I hate needles. Nobody actually wants to be prescribed needles, let alone get hooked on them.

This is a Good Pharmacy! The staff is so friendly, helpful, and very fast and nice. I appreciate all the staff!! ? They are also great, Fast, and awesome service. Best pharmacy i have been to, no other pharmacy is this fast and good ????

I can't recommend San Dimas pharmacy enough! My own personal doctor recommended this pharmacy to me and I soon found out why! They are very customer-oriented and try very hard to give us the best service possible in the most timely service possible. This is very important to me as a truck driver because when I come home off the road for just a day or two to be with my family, I cannot be worried about whether my meds will be ready when I go back over the road. They are aware of my situation and make it happen every time! They even offer to deliver them right to my door! The real bonus is that they now participate in a coupon program with their suppliers and just called me today to let me know they saved me about $300! They're always very kind when I go in and treat me like family, and work very hard to answer any questions I have about my meds!

This is a G R E A T Pharmacy! The staff is so friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. When i first transferred pharmacies i was nervous because i was at the same pharmacy for many years. Martha was my first encounter and she made me feel secure in my decision and went over and beyond with her friendly service. Since that day i knew this was going to be a awesome Pharmacy. They always bring my prescriptions and have my refills ready on time. Our Pharmacist (Raj) is super friendly, knowledgeable, and caring towards his customers. I couldn't be happier with the services this pharmacy provides.

In my opinion this Pharmacy and staff have absolutely NO empathy for us who honesty need our doctor given prescriptions, I suffer with complete agony backpain.... Along with extreme anxiety that I've had since childhood. Anyone who has compassion for human morality would understand and comply with their heart and not their stereotype ignorance.
