I went in with my E scooter to grab some candy and some Big Employee told me I can't have scooter by my side in the store. I told her that's crazy , then she told me to grow up lifes full of rules and if I don't like it I don't got to shop there ......She's Big and Unhappy. They literally told me to leave , and Didn't care if I shopped there . worst Customer service . She looks Like she's Stealing Snacks on her Break! And was mad I was buying her favorite candy .

I’ve been going to the Dollar General for years and it seems to just get worse and worse The employees here Seem miserable not one of them have a smile on their face you go to ask them a question and their face remarks are as if you are bothering them, all the females workers there have been nothing but rude. I just went to get pampers asked for specific kind and size and she brings me out a completely different pack. Hands them to me and walks away. Doesn’t even tell me, Oh hey, we don’t have the kind that you asked for are these OK? I had to tell her excuse me these aren’t the ones I want she turns around and Rudely says that’s all we have! This store need customer service training for all these employees even the managers are very dull no one says hi no one is helpful. And the fact that they have so much theft, and their customers are the ones that have to deal with the inconvenience of carrying all of our stuff out. It just makes it really hard to shop at this store.. do better for your customers!

Years ago, it was under different ownership and these two guys were brawling inside! I mean, ketchup, flour, fruit...EVERYWHERE! They made a huge mess and it ended with the one guy tossing the other onto a checkout line belt and yelling "PRICE CHECK ON A JACKASS!" before leaving...

The people in charge of Latido are very incompetent when it comes to serving the buyer who is only going to buy what is necessary for their home and family.There have been many problems with employees and buyers and that is not right because the buyer only BA for a moment and would like to be treated with respect and that is not the case.

Night crew needs more training, alot of young crew members, There will be long lines& they only open another register to ring up eachother, then go back to walking around acting like they are doing something.& the store says they're open till 10pm but the night crew closes at 9:30 & won't open the doors

The African American older lady I believe is manager may be wrong, needs to learn some costumer service she's rude and not welcoming had an item on the belt was waiting for her to pass it to me and told me "come around and get it"

Says the store opens at 7 a.m. I got there at 7:15 and waited nearly 30 minutes to the store still not open and no associates. Wasted my time.

Someone was stealing from the store . The man got outside & the employee was trying 2 take the stuff from him. I was recording for they safety. Another employee started yelling at me telling me I can not record . She literally was yelling at me. I let her know this is a free country you can not yell at me & tell me what to do with my phone. They need better employees.

What a day to pick up some groceries! I walked into this store thinking I'd just grab some milk, eggs, and maybe a loaf of bread, but fate had other plans. Right before my eyes, in the heart of the grocery store, Booker T and Stone Cold Steve Austin began their epic showdown.I have to admit, it was AWESOME!

I appreciate that this store abides by the CDC guidelines and the governor's mandates pertaining to the COVID pandemic. I see the vast difference of urgency with this store that surrounding markets lack. All establishments should follow this store's steps, especially if the places happen to be selling FOOD.
