Why even load your app with coupons they click it off while your entering it in. I guess they are all trained to do it. I started going to this one because it's clean and well stocked. The one by my home not so much.

The cashier today, Tuesday, June 25, is terrible, the thin woman, look how she denied the bathroom to a lady and the lady went and asked another cashier for the key and she did lend her the bathroom but the thin, very young cashier who was in The second cashier denied it, and Mrs. Abia consumed it in the store, it is a human need to use the bathroom and there are cashiers who select people to use the bathroom.

I had an Oder set for 6-7 pm and I had place the Oder early in the morning I got to the store and I still walked around for a bit i asked someone about my order and she just smirked and said she had not seen anything then she was like it better to do it in person that since they don’t got much help they don’t pay attention to them I just thought she was a bit rude and why have the option to pick up if no one is going to get them

If I could I would leave 0. There are some Penny's things that they don't want to sell...because maybe they want to take them home. It's not assumed that the customer comes first and that the customer is right, so how come they don't allow people looking for discounts to enter, the economy is very bad and this store doesn't help at all. I demand that the corporate take action on the matter or we will ask the news to investigate what is happening.??

Good morning, this morning I had a problem in this store, the manager tells me that I can't enter this store anymore because a month ago I came and bought some 1penny pillows, she didn't want to sell them to me because they were in a rack but that one didn't have any sign. They are NOT for sale and he reluctantly sold them to me. Then I came back after 2 weeks and he told me that it's good to see you because my manager says that you will no longer be able to enter this store and I answered him why and he said that because I grabbed the pillows from a rack and I answered him well let me know. to be knowing! And today I went and he no longer wanted to sell me anything, he said that I can't go in anymore and that I should leave, so I called the police and they say that they can't do anything, just go to another store, as you can see, can someone help me, what can I do? It's the store. which is around the corner from my house. Now I can't go in. 1811 Morning dr. Bakersfield ca 93306 the manager is Devi and her manager is Tefani. I'm just going to buy, I'm not stealing!!!???

They harass the homeless and if you have darker skin tone be prepared to be followed around the store and monitored. 6-3-23 I was discriminated against.(6pm) A white woman and a Mexican woman were aloud to wear their backpacks in the store but when I entered I was singled out and of course got the excuse of " I didn't see them I only saw you" It's already hard enough to be black or darker skin tone in America Now I can't even go to the local dollar general without being discriminated against. Store manager and myself talk every time I'm in the store and never once heard of a backpack policy But just because I'm an African American I have to leave my backpack up in the front while white guest are allowed to have their backpacks and not leave them up in the front like I was directed to. Will be going to HR and my voice will be heard

It says there's 4 Paint Sets left in stock, walked all the way to the store only for the cashier to say "oh the sites usually behind, they might even be in the back" which means aka "I'm too lazy to go in the back and check." I won't put cashier on blast, but this happened at Jan 2nd 2023 at 12:20 pm. Please try harder to help next time and don't be lazy.

Very rued customer service when they first opened had very good friendly people working here now these past few months not very friendly don't even like going there anymore unless I really have to this is a neighborhood store and should feel like a one and everyone who feel welcomed
