Dr. Khaled A. Tawansy is a highly recommended eye doctor. The doctor is cool, the best, and provides very good communication, taking time to talk and answer all questions. The staff is nice, great, very helpful, and very nice. The office provides a comfortable environment and is close enough for convenience. There is nothing negative here. The doctor has saved a patient's vision from near blindness. Patients would and do recommend him to friends and anyone.
Wait time is horrible BLONDE girl is rude who calls the patients back to get eye pressure girl get another job you clearly seem unhappy and miserable. 😂 , doctor on the other hand is skilled still will not recommend anyone to this office doing you girls a favor since you are so unhappy how busy it is!!!!

Appts are scheduled early 4 - 5 hours waits ridiculous office is cringy outdated , staff are not helpful its a all day affair here definitely need customer service upgrade it's ridiculous quality of care is obviously priority low
