For someone that works on their own car I'm very picky about who works on mine. Rodney is very professional in what he does and I cannot thank him enough for explaining to me the reasons as to why my car failed it's first smog and how he went about correcting it. Candy and Ashley are very attentive and sweet and do their best at making sure you're comfortable and taken care of.

I was referred to this business by a friend at work that I trust. I've been looking for a good alignment shop for our three vehicles. A good wheel alignment tech seems to be a very scarce individual these days. They were busy but I was able to get an appointment the following week. The car was new to me but I'd just put new tires on and wanted to make sure things were straight. Drove much more "settled" when I got it back and without asking, they had centered (it was off) my steering wheel. Excellent job! I will be back in the future for any work we need done. It's so hard to find a good shop these days - drop your car off here with confidence.

Excellent customer service. Candy at the front desk was efficient, pleasant, and checked to be sure all my questions were sufficiently answered. Rodney personally called to keep me updated on parts order and repairs. I highly recommend them for the care of your vehicle.

DO NOT GO HERE. I wish I can give this company 0 stars. My husband took our Chevy Cruze to get serviced for a few things, one In particular brand new windshield wipers. One of the EASIEST things to fix. When I was driving on the freeway the next day, one of windshield wipers came off WHILE DRIVING IN THE RAIN. We ended up calling and told them the situation and they replaced the windshield wiper, no problem for free. Well, today, AGAIN the passenger seat windshield wiper came off. This was during one of the most stressful experiences because it happened on the freeway while it was raining. My husband called to tell them the situation and the owner ended up calling him. This is where it’s super disrespectful. The owner basically ended up saying “sorry it came off, but it was because the other time we replaced your wiper it was toward the end of the day and our workers were ready to get off.” To me as a customer, there is no room to excuse poor work on one of the easiest things to do. We ended up telling him we bought our own windshield wipers and just want a refund for the new windshield wipers that we bought / replaced ourselves. The owner said he would only do this IF he saw that there was “proof” it was there fault. EXTREMELY unprofessional. We will never do business with this company again. If a company cannot fix a simple Windshield wiper, why trust them with anything elseService: Auto windshield repair

Rodney and the gang are super people. Best service anywhere and he doesn't just want you to throw money at things until its fixed. He makes sure the fix is right and the parts are correct. Great shop and staff..

Kept my vehicle for almost a month with only a diagnostic test. I was told the work would cost me about $600 for three hoses I said do it, about 2 weeks later it went up almost another $1000 for the same work. After almost a month of nothing being done and the price changing $1,000 I just picked up my vehicle and was charged $240 nothing being done.

I was without a dime, I had my motorcycle and my trailblazer and my trailblazer was one of those things that I bought brand new from 3 Way Chevrolet and they were pretty tired of it's problems which all revolved around the fact that Chevrolet for some reason left the side of the fuel float without a cover and that caused a check engine light because it would float away from the grid which made the car think it was out of gas. I would have to pay $660. every time I had to get it smogged and the light came back on as soon as I drove out of the parking lot at 3Way. I would never buy from 3Way again. Rodney at elite was recommended to me by no less than 3 people. I talked to him and he agreed to look at it and he actually put his own money into the car and he fixed it pretty fast because he couldn't work on it right away because he was so busy. But he let me park it there and he would work on it when he could. He used his diagnostic stuff and he did what he could and told me when I picked it up what was going to go bad in short order... the car had never run as well as it did after he worked on it. I told him I had a buyer for my motorcycle and when he called me that it was done I would sell it to pay him and he said ok. Now I have been through my disability hearing and I get my check every month and I want him to know what he has done in my life. Thank you sir Carey Dean Mead

Customer service: negative stars for lack of covid safety protocol in place, rudeness, incompetence of the front office staff and lack of professionalism. In addition, the initial quote $ amount for the service and time it would take to complete the service were all higher and longer than what I was quoted. I made an appointment for my mom's vehicle a week in advance for an oil change and I spoke with a woman who answered the phone and she verified with me what model the vehicle was prior to giving me the quote for that service. My mom and I drove across town to try out this shop based on the quote provided and yelp reviews. My mom showed up first and the woman in the front office kept telling my mom that there was no appointment made for her vehicle. My mom had a horrible experience that I would've like to share the details here but because I wasn't there until a few minutes later, I am only basing this review on my own experience. The woman in the front office was not wearing a mask per the covid safety protocol that masks are required when indoors. Anyhow, she told me that one of her staff must've not put the name on the schedule and insuated that we should be happy that they are still going to make time to work on the car. The problem occurred because one of her staff did not put the appointment on the schedule so because it was their fault we should be happy they are still going to make time to work on the vehicle and charge me more for it than what was quoted and wait a longer time for the service to be completed? We didn't receive any apologies for the mishap and the woman gave me attitude. Needless to say we didnt not feel we can trust this shop to do the work and took our business elsewhere. This isn't my first time dealing with the front office staff I had called 3 separate times last year to try to get a quote on some service on my vehicle and never received a call back. So I have given this shop many chances.. one too many.
