Ive been going to Tiffany for over 6 years. She is genuine, kind and cares about the customer experience. Even if she is busy, she tries to make any request work. She takes time to learn her customers preferences and makes effort to be accommodating to walk-ins. I will always highly recommend her. Thanks Tiff!!

I honestly don't even know where to start. Out of the countless salons I have been to, I have never experienced such horrible service. I could go on and on about the reasons you should save your money and avoid this place at all costs, but I'll save my breathe and put it this way, if you want to be called names and nitpicked than this is the place for you. If I could give negative stars, I would. Stay far away from this establishment.

Well where do I begin. My mother, sister, 7 year old niece and I came to this establishment to enjoy a girls day together before we all leave on a family vacation. My mother, who is disabled, has not had a pedi in some time, so we wanted to make sure this was the best experience she's had. Turns out, it was one of the more horrific experiences we have ever endured. The gentleman (I shouldn't call him that,but we'll be nice), who proceeded to do my mother pedicure, started to verbally harass and embarrass her about the condition of her feet. So badly to where my mother started crying and we had to leave. But we couldn't leave before they charged us $60.00 to soak my sisters nails and paint my nieces nail (with regular polish). We decided to pay because they were harassing us if we didn't. My mother ended paying the $60.00 and we had to come to another salon because of this terrible experience. They are catty, unprofessional, and have zero respect for people who find their business. I would not recommend this place at all, unless you are looking to be embarrassed, harassed, and flat out disrespected, then this is the place for you. I will be getting the BBB involved and will not hesitate to contact the necessary people to make sure this matter is resolved. Absolutely disgusted with my experience and with the individual who had the audacity to express their opinion towards my mother. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.

We opted for the #3 pedicure package and we were not impressed. They did an awful job. There was no foot massage and they hardly scrubbed our feet. Everything was done half-assed. It was not worth $55. Needless to say, I did not leave a tip.

Let me save your time and money with this review... I could have done my own toes better than they did. They rushed through the whole pedicure and did horrible. There's paint all over my skin. Will never go back. I called and over the phone they said a gel pedicure was $45 I get there and the book says it's $50 and then they charged me $55. Poor service

My first time visit was one of the best I have ever experienced at a nail spa. Great service, great atmosphere and all around 100% satisfied. I called to make an appointment for 9am, which is when they open. Twon (forgive my incorrect spelling) was there promptly and was ready for my gel mani/pedi right away. He provided kind and thorough service with a smile and genuine care for my wellbeing - that massage chair is SO NICE- not to mention a soothing leg and foot rub that came with a hot stone and towel to relax the muscles! As for the actual nail painting, he paid incredible attention to detail and ensured I was satisfied with the color and results. He has an amazing touch and is very good at what he does. This was my first time visiting Elite Nails, and I hope to return. Only Twon helped me out today but I feel like everyone else here would do an exemplary job as well.

I came in (with no appt) & asked if they could wax for eyebrows. It was kinda slow inside & I got back very quickly. They were extremely nice with both the greeting & during the work. I had Tiffany do my brows & she was quick & so sweet!! I asked if a pedi was possible & Tuan was the one to do it. He did such a great job & was careful, easy, but tackled my big ole monster feet extremely well. He was so sweet & a real joy to have working on me! Am very very happy & already made another appt to get a full-set. I was even able to talk my husband into getting a manicure!! The cost wasn't bad at all, especially for everything we did. The space is small but not in a bad way. It wasn't crowded but nice & comfy, very clean. I'm pretty pleased because most places can't/don't provide this quality of work with such politeness & friendliness. Loved em!!

I was disappointed with my first experience here. I was expecting good service after seeing a majority of good reviews. They were unprofessional and it felt very unclean. I tried to ask for a certain design and they ended up doing something completely far from what I wanted. I also felt very rushed in the process and my nails were completely overpriced for the bad quality.

The people are really nice in the shop, and I loved the color I picked. Just wish the side didn't bubble an hour after. It's lifting up now. Update: 5/28/21 I'm very happy with this nail shop. They were so sweet and fixed the bubble! Will definitely frequent here for my gel nails. :) Thank you!
