Ruth and Eric made this an easy experience, they are good at their job and both have welcoming positive professional attitudes. I've rented here a few months ago it was also a good experience simple pick up and return process plus they gave me a ride to pick up my truck after I returned the rental. Thanks ??

Experience less than desirable with this business. My wife tried to rent a car with her military ID, but they required a copy of her military orders to actually rent the car.

I called this location prior to reserving and Miss Ruth was very patient in answering the many many questions I had. Miss Ruth's quality customer service is the reason why I chose to rent at this location.

I rented initially rented a car for 2 days, and the local office guided me on making an on-line reservation. Once I made the reservation they confirmed my reservation over the phone so when I picked-up the car there were no surprises. When I needed to add an extra day, I called the office and Marko said it was not a problem. This was probably the best rental car experience I’ve had in a long time. I recommend this office because of their focus on customer service.

I had a very positive experience! Customer service was great, all the staff were very friendly. I was able to get a car on super short notice, and the process was literally just a few minutes. When I returned the car, it was just as quick & easy. I even got a ride to the body shop where I was going to pick up my car.Docking one star only because the car I received had extremely low tire pressure on all four tires, like really really low….Overall still a good experience with this specific rental location, would use again.

The Manager Marco & his Employee Erick did an amazing job assisting me with the entire rental process. I highly recommend going to the Enterprise over on Gasoline Alley. Best Service ever & didn’t have to wait for a vehicle even though I ordered last minute!

Everyone was helpful and renting/returning the car was smooth and easy. There was plenty of staff working both times I went, so I did not have to wait a long time for either process. This is very different from a rental place i dealt with a month or so ago. There was only one person working and the wait to rent the car was really bad.

I've always use enterprise as a first option when renting cars but the last few times, I haven't been too happy. If I make a reservation and it says you have the car available that's what I'm expecting to get, not to be charged more for the next size up because of your error. If anything it would've been nice to be charged the same price for the next size car being that it was an error on their part.

I had always used Enterprise Rent A Car when I needed to. I find the office crew very helpful and courteous. Never have I had any difficulties in-office.Having said that- this last time, I got a warning appear on the dashboard about tire pressure. We were on the way up to Tehachapi. Scared me a bit cuz I didn’t know what the car’s system would do if I kept driving it but there was nowhere to go except kept going so I did. We stopped for air at a gas station and for the first time in my life I had to do the air thing! Finally I asked another gas customer for help in putting in the air on 1 of the tires. My sister commented that there shouldn’t have been a problem with the car this early. I agreed.

Let me start by saying I’ve normally had a better experience with the rental location but that was not the case as of my recent rental. I rented a vehicle because my wife’s car needed to be in the shop for a few days. I only rented it for three days to begin with but on the third day I spoke with someone from the location and I informed them that I wanted to extend it to the weekly rate because the car was going to take longer than Expected I was then informed by the lady on the phones that it was impossible to extend it to the weekly rate and that she would have to charge me daily for the seven days now being that I have rented probably about 17 cars in the last two years from enterprise and other agencies, I know that to not be true. That will be my last rental with this company. The days of customer service are long gone.

Representative Juan went the Extra Mile by supplying me with excellent experience. He's knowledgeable about Entrrprise services by helping me select full coverage insurance for my trip. I enjoy knowing I am covered by Enterprise Insurance on my trips. Representative Juan also had the call cooling down the vehicle while we checked out any damage before my trip. He also gave me a ride home. Representative Juan is a great asset to your company.
