I’m giving a one star review because of the experience I had there. PAM the manager was rude and not polite at all when it came to my situation. I had to do a return and I never realized they only give the customers a time period of 30 days. I had to call customer service and they were able to help me out and I came again to the same express store and a different manager called Adrianna helped me out and took care of me. It sucks that mangers like PAM ruin it for others. I really don’t understand how she is fit to be manager cause clearly she has poor customer service.

I buy clothes at the this store for my cousin I ask the cashier if he don’t like that’s so can return and he yes you can return and then I’m go there for return they we can’t return

Staff was extremely helpful. They also made sure I received a discount I wasn't even aware of. I love this store. Always a great experience. Quality clothing!

-5 if I could...Cesar who turns out is the Express "store manager" was very rude. I was inside the store with my mom & sisters when I realized that there was an error on my receipt from my previous purchase at bath and body works then I went back to express which is next door btw and was closedown when it was not 8Pm yet, no one could go in. When a man comes out, Cesar opened it for him to get out & I looked at him and asked him if I could back in with my family who was finishing up their purchase. He said "No" I told him "im NOT making a purchase im with my family" he looked at me rude & again said "no, I don't care" and shrug his shoulders! When my family finally finished 8:16 I asked him for his name which he responded "Cesar" and I said "ok, Thank you" he then proudly said "I'm the store manager" wow good job Express, you lost a customer for your rude store manager.

The salesgirl working there is rude she didn’t wanted or liked us touching and selecting clothes. She was looking mad because she has to organize her clothes and we bought $400 worth of clothes but customer service was zero!!Their salesgirl/ woman should nice to customers. Next time we won’t come to this store ! we feel disrespected because of that woman working there

Tern is amazing!!! She has amazing customer service skills and goes above and beyond. I been to this store twice the last two months and she has always been so friendly and caring. Definitely don’t find that in any retail store or from anyone nowadays. She deserves more than 5 stars and a nice raise from management. Tern you’re the best, you helped us with the issue with our credit card and me and Cristian thank you so much and stay golden.

I love Express clothing and that’s why I’m giving it 3 stars. Customer service is horrible, every time I’m shopping or picking up an online order with my stroller they look at me from top to bottom. They follow me around the store as if I was going to steal something. I call it racial profiling , store associates are nice depending on color and race I have experienced it many times!
