Worst place ever, was unhappy for how the guy was applying my nail tips and changed my mind about the service and they wanted to charge me full price. Been a regular here and they treated me poorly. Go somewhere else this place is horrible and Allure Nails and Spa on Oswell treats their customers WAY better, trust me

The lady was to busy to listen to want I wanted on my nails.i asked for a French nails look like was on my nails already.she didn't put on the white power to make them strong,she put on a pretty rose color with sparkles but she just threw on my hole nail like a kid did it.she now has my white tip covered with the rose color on it,she tried to use the drill to get some of it off but it didn't work.i asked for a refill so now my nails could fall off without the extra white power I needed on them.she had me make appointment today at 1.00pm and she was taking a lady over me that walk after me without appointment while she was telling sorry ,so would I want.i did want and she had to many phone calls she was answering to book other people in for the day.to me all she need was to listen to me and not do it her way,and payed attention to the client she has in front of her.not my nails look like cramp and no I will not be going back there,I now need to find a new place that will do a good job.i had her to wax my eyebrows and told her how I like it but also she didn't even listen to me.if you are like me I would just say fine somewhere else.not happy.

I showed her the picture and what I wanted done exactly like the picture but the hearts two instead of a big one OK 45 bucks than nail on tip of skin was glued on it can plz fits it its not on my nail bed yes it is and I showed her the difference between one nail and other big difference fits plz ok ok never again
