Today I went in this morning for gas and was going to pay with cash, I did not have my card on me, my total purchase with gas and drinks was $47. I gave him the cash. He looked at the ten dollar bill and it had a piece of tape on it and the five had a small rip on the side that’s just the way the bills were when I got them and he told me he could not take the money. I couldn’t understand I’m a solution specialist for Petco and sometimes I have to cover the register and I would never do that to a customer. Fastrip has always been my convenience store. since I couldn’t remember I’ve never had an issue with any of them. I had to go to the Fastrip on 34th and Q , I asked the cashier to look at the cash and she said it was perfectly fine. Fastrip is the only place where I get my fuel for my vehicle, I stop at that Fastrip frequently. And I never do reviews it’s just that this one got upset.

I’m not very impressed with this location, this is a nice area & the employees allow the homeless people to hang around begging for money or passed out on the side of the building while customers walk in & out. Its not this location but all of them for that matter.

Don’t go here if you’re going to be using debit/credit cards there’s so much card fraudulent that happens here happened twice already and every time I try to recover my card they always tell me it’s Fast Trip Gas Stations that always do this. The customer service is neutral what can I really say they’re just doing their job. Their only issue is that my card keeps getting hacked here

This gas station tried to defraud me out of $99. Luckily my bank caught the transaction and froze my card before I even put gas in. I scanned my card at the pump and got a fraud alert text from my bank. The customer service inside was also atrocious

Be careful of fraudulent activity on your debit or credit card getting gas here. Fortunately, my bank was on top of it and blocked my card. This happened 8/14/2023.

Stop at 4 am to get gas as we were running late my daughter got out and was stoped by a woman employee saying we had to wait her floors were wet we would have to come back ....I had cash I just wanted gas she continues to talk to a man parked at the doors and another employee was sweeping outside ......she could of stopped what she was doing and help us ......so we left without gas. I drive back by 20 minutes later and she's still talking to the same person outside ..... terrible customer service.....un professional......her attitude was needs work

Same as any other gas station /food stop /mini market but Avoid Union location and 34th in the night unless you like being robbed then go right ahead and go on over

WOW, WORST customer service I ever had, I also work customer service at a gas station. I got off and stop here for a drink around 10:20 pm.The cashier was too busy on her cellphone, couldn’t take her time to finish my transaction, she was “helping me” from the other register where she was leaning on the counter, horrible attitude, she should NOT be a cashier.I been wanting to apply for a job here, but, not no more, can’t work for a place where customer service is NOT a priority.
