Very, very unhappy. The kiosk was empty so I went back outside to throw my groceries in the car and grab my parcel for mailing. To my chagrin when I returned There was 3 customers already In the store and the one in front of me had a shopping cart full of parcels that weren't ready to ship. Imagine how angry I was when one of the clerks finished his customer and instead of helping the line, he walked out the door into walmart. His name was Rosario and he was also the store manager. What kind of manager can't help ease the line before he runs off on an errand? Before I left my negative review I asked the remaining clerk why he had left when I had finally reached the counter. She said she didn't know, so I guess it wasn't that important of an errand. I'm Very annoyed that a manager would do this. This review is for Rosario for refusing to stay and do his job while my groceries spoiled in the hot car. Another thing that bothered me was that the clerk that waited on me refused to put my prepared enclosure letter that contained my account number and name in the att box. She said they wont look at. Who is she to dictate to me what another company will do and what to put or not put in the box i am shipping? Thumbs down for this establishment.

Jay was great. He stayed late to make sure I could pick up some prints I really needed, and even gave us nicer paper than we asked for since they were out of our requested kind.

Who ever delivers our packages have delivered 3 packages to the wrong house! I've never had this kind of frustration with UPS, Amazon, or USPS. How does this happen 3 times????!!!!!

I left UPS today because of costs and tried FedEx in Walmart,Gosford Rd.I was immediatly greeted upon entering by gentleman @ counter Rosario.Had a cell phone to ship East. I was amazed at the attention to detail,offered an alternative to pricy box I had intended to use and he ran through all details of what was required,and cost.He even managed to include a sales pitch for flyers,printing copies etc. Wow!!! What great customer service. I'm sold on this shipper....no more UPS for me.Thank You......PS....cost to ship $11.00 vs UPS @ $16.+.

They need to post their hours better. I should expect them to be open at 1:30 in afternoon. They should at least post their hours indicating when they close for an hour in the afternoon and make it consistent. Another trip wasted.
