This is the third time fedex let me down they were suppose to bring a package for me but they delivered it else but we recognized their door where fedex had delivered it but those guys straight up that they didn’t receive any package so fedex express please teach your employees the difference between “9201” n “5816” these numbers not even close enough to be mistaken

Customer service was very poor. I needed help with an overnight package that was supposed to be there after 4 pm. When I got there they checked and just told me it’s not there and then went to the back until a new customer came in they would come back out and helped them then went to the back again over and over for about 2 hours and every time tried to ask them something it was like I was bothering them. I asked if they could try and see where the package was and told me no as they went to the back again. (Very poor customer service)

Worst experience, paid for next day and didn’t arrive. Than driver shows up earlier than the expected ETA I ask if he can wait I was 3 minutes away he agreed too. When I was about to turn down my street he left. No customer service whatsoever they use a 3rd party to deal with their customers and it was supposed to re deliver same day it didn’t of course so have to go to the terminal 30 minutes away. Will never personally ship with Fed ex you’ve lost my respect and business.

All lies they say they’ll do one thing and then they don’t. You pay for express shipping and they guarantee that it’ll be delivered before 1 PM just to lie about how many attempts they’ve made to have it delivered. Don’t ship with FedEx. They’ll screw you out of your money and then make it your problem.

Couldn't tell me if my package was at the pick up location or not. Only that it was delivered to my address, which was not. Because I got 2 notices on my door and text. Package had instructions to drop over the side gate and delivery was left.
