When I walked in to this location I was greeted by an employee who was off the clock and on her way out the door. She was polite and had said I'd be helped shortly. After leaving, another person who was lingering around the displays turned out to be the employee left in charge. I didn't realize this as it took him a some time to make a long loop around the floor and back to the register where he gave me a deadpan stare accompanied by silence. After about a twenty second long staring contest I told him I was there for a pickup. He said the letters ID so I set it on the counter. He looked at it, brought my package to his side of the counter, punched some keys on the computer, and went out of sight to the back of the store. I waited for him to return since the package was deliberately placed on his side of the counter and the transaction could not possibly be over. I assummed he was getting the receipt or something, but he never returned. After waiting five minuets I decided to collect my ID, take my package, and leave. The interaction with him felt hostile and I left confused about what had happened. If I return I hope to never deal with him again. This was about 3:30 PM Saturday September 9th at the 3505 Coffee Rd. C 93308 location if an inquiring mind is reading this.

Just an absolutely garbage experience receiving a package which was shipped from this FedEx location.A friend attempted to ship a package internationally, and was mislead multiple times relating to the cost of the entire shipment (he was told it would be $55 and it ended up costing a total of $90) as well as how to fill out the shipping declaration (he told the FedEx group it was a gift, but they marked the shipment as a commercial product for resale).Spent hours on the phone with FedEx's customer support and no one could help at all since the chat support had "no representatives available to assist" for multiple days, the e-mail support sent me form responses without any use, and the telephone support repeatedly mis-transferred me and just flat out disconnected me.And on top of all of that, the package was damaged during delivery, so paying $90 didn't even get the item where it needed to go intact.

The anniversary of my father’s death was approaching, and I needed to print some photos. Alex and Darian gave me world-class service, they took time and dedication to make sure my pictures came out perfect. I was overwhelmed with joy by how kind and patient the team was. I would highly recommend the staff to anyone. Thank you FedEx team for giving me an emotional connection today.

This was the best printing experience I have ever had. Imani warmly greeted me upon entry and kindly helped me step-by-step through my online email submission, to answering questions I had about resources and printing details, to producing top quality printing of my items and she even sorted and organized everything so we could review it together upon my pick-up. During the printing process she even called me to confirm an element and help me modify something to make it even better. I am so pleased not only with the printing of my items, but the exceptional service, kindness and consideration that was extended to me. Imani certainly excels in customer service and expertise in printing. I was in the store for over 30mins working on some of my other items I was doing on my own and it was such a pleasurable and friendly atmosphere and the entire staff welcomed each new customer and attentively and quickly addressed each person’s need. It was such a great place to be and a wonderful experience in every aspect.

I showed up with 5 of these wrapped in Kraft paper and I thought I had taped them well enough to ship. Lawrence informed me they’d need to be covered in tape and before I even had time to grab a roll of tape to purchase, he went to work swiftly wrapping them all for me with a great attitude. I was touched by his kindness! I hope FedEx knows what a great young man they have working for them.

What a joke, have been using Kinko's for literally decades. Well-versed in how to do everything myself, when I walked in the one machine that was in service was already being used. The guy at the counter told me he'd be happy to print it for me. Special order using card stock. I've done it myself literally hundreds of times. Finishes and present me with the cost which is literally double what I would normally pay. Tells me it's the service fee because he did it for me. Would've been more than happy to wait Then I go to get cash out of my pocket he tells me it's card only now. Because of the pandemic. Pandemic is pretty much open. Nobody's wearing masks nobody's asking for vaccination centers. Literally nobody cares. My choice to remain using cash is my choice, my choice to wait five minutes to do it myself and save $15 is my choice. used to be a store I would recommend, instead I will look for a local print shop

Lawrence helped out with getting my business cards ready. He was attentive as soon as I walked in the door and he had a great attitude the whole time. I had a great first impression for my first time at Fed Ex.
