I used Fit Movers for the third time this week. They came and moved office furniture. The office kept me updated on arrival time and the movers personally called me to let me know they were on the way. They made scheduling and paying so easy. The movers have always been polite and efficient. Anthony and Keone came this time and they were careful, fast and courteous. They quickly overcame a few obstacles that popped up due to tight spaces. I was very pleased with them. I will definitely use Fit Movers again.

Moved with Fit Movers back in September with what we were thinking would be a smooth experience but it was nothing but a nightmare. Not only did the movers waste a considerable amount of time conversing with the investors whom purchased the home but also listened to their suggestions instead of ours resulting in items packed in a very inefficient and hazardous manner. Just in saran wrap around many of our Antique in perfect condition until they touched them all! We are devastated we had many of these pieces for a Century. In addition they also damaged numerous items by either not covering all furniture in moving blankets before wrapping or just simply banging things around. Also a number of items were completely lost or apparently left behind and the new home buyers did not give us the opportunity to even get these items. Finally when they left everything at our new residence they put everything all over the place with boxes stacked nearly ceiling high in the living room, beds not put together and furniture placed nowhere near the correct areas. I would truly not recommend this company to anyone; they still have not bothered to either refund for their substandard services nor pay coverage for the damaged items. All these furniture items they damaged cannot be replaced. And all my window coverings over $3,000 are completely lost! And the water Fountain we had just painted that my Father who passed away gave me before he died in 2002 was in beautiful condition, it just completely lost! May the Lord have mercy upon you all, he see's all! And my Mother is a disabled person and they took advantage of a elder person. God will not condone such Evil deeds! Could not get to her clothes or many needed items!
Approximately $20, 000 or more has been completely lost, damaged or broken. We will see you soon, if these items are not replaced. No threat a fact! You need to refund us over $10,000 in repairs. I have to sleep on the floor they put nothing together, and had the worst they offered to come back and help if we paid more! How absolutely pathetic of them all to do this to anyone! My dear Mom even gave a perfect Dog bed to a worker! She pleased to share! It is a shame these Mover were so unreliable, disrespectful, dishonest, and did a horrible a unprofessional service and disrespectful Job!

I believe it’s Connie and Tammy who work up front in the office and they are so friendly. As are the guys who showed up to the apartment to do all the heavy lifting. Everything was moved so fast. Couldn’t have been more stress-free on my end

My spouse and I used Fit Movers for our recent move from Bakersfield to San Diego. Tammie, the scheduler was quick to respond to my request, even on a Sunday, she managed to schedule an in-person estimate for the very next day. Derrick, the CEO, personally came out to my home to quote me, even though he had just had hand surgery and probably should have just been at home recovering. He was lovely, professional and took pictures so he could give me an accurate quote that included a "not to exceed" price which really helped ease the whole stress of moving. On the day of our move, their regular truck broke down before they were scheduled to arrive and they pivoted super quickly and got a new truck before arriving right on time still, notifying me every step of the way. A team of the three best dudes you will ever meet (Anthony, Lamont, and Dominique) loaded up their truck in two hours flat. They carefully wrapped all our delicate art and furniture with blankets and shrink wrap before loading the truck neatly and strapping it all down. They arrived about an hour and a half after we did, meaning they took care to drive gently and unloaded the truck in about an hour. We even had a 30-gallon capacity glass aquarium that arrived in perfect condition! I won't hesitate to call Fit Movers anytime I need moving services and I highly recommend them! Quality work, obvious care, wonderfully professional, and just straight up genuinely great people. Thank you Anthony, Lamont, Dominique, Derrick, and Tammie for a phenomenal moving experience!
