Do not go to this place for food. They really should stop serving it. They don't do it well. The juices, smoothies and bites are great and delicious. I spent $100 in combination between smoothies and some food for lunch a turkey burger labeled a kids burger through Uber's eats was so spicy. My husband thought it was hot. So sad to think of baby might bite into this. It also only came wrapped in a piece of lettuce. I spent over $10 for a incredibly spicy turkey burger wrapped in a piece of lettuce. The rap was good but also incredibly spicy. We got two smoothies in an acai bowl as well. All of that for $100 seems steep, especially when the burger was inedible.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all. It's labeled as kid menu but the food is incredibly spicy

Did not realize I showed up in drive thru a few minutes before closing. The server let me know they were closing soon so they were only taking card, not cash. That was fine. I already knew what I wanted, so it was going to be quick (4 items). By the 3rd item, she let me know they were out of that item, which I understood, they were close to closing, so I was looking at the menu for a few seconds trying to decide on a different item. She then tells me, just so you know we are now closing in 1 minute and if you cannot place your order by then we will not be able to take your order. So, I hurried up and placed the rest of the order. The last item I wanted was a smoothie, she said they are not making any more smoothies for the night, so I said ok, then add on another FP bowl to make it 2. When I got my order there was only 1 FP bowl, I tried to tell her, and she was insistent that I did not order 2 FP bowls and was not going to make it for me because they were now closed. She then argued with me a bit and shut the drive thru window. The whole time this young lady talked to me in a very demeaning manner. Very poor customer service! I have never had a place literally give me a countdown to place my order when I arrived before they closed, even if it was a few minutes before they closed. Good customer service is to go ahead and complete that customers order who came in before they closed. Oh, and my warm food items were cold and bland.

I got the Mediterranean wrap and it was so good! Quick fresh food and the service was great! I would definitely recommend.

I ordered a Baja wrap and tacos which had zero flavor to them. My husband also ordered a meal which he did not finish due to no flavor to it.

I highly recommend this FP location in Bakersfield. The service we received my Yasmine and Isabella was 100% perfect. They both went above and beyond with serving us. Both Yasmine and Isabella are true professionals in customer service and served us with a smile on their face. They are both well educated in healthy foods as we talked with them for 20 mins about eating healthy.The quality of food here is plentiful and very delicious, I highly recommend this location. Never a bad meal here. The Ambiance inside is super clean and quite. Love this FP.

My first time experience at Fit Pantry was not great. The representative up front was a Hispanic chick today. She explained to me what the most popular items on the menu, so far not bad.I ended up ordering an Acai bowl and started eating in the store. Towards the end of my meal, I spotted a bad strawberry that seemed to have mold on it. I inspected it carefully and then took it her and mentioned the strawberry had mold on it, which she responded by saying "no, that looks like a little bruising". I'm not against her disagreeing with me but she barely looked at it and made a judgement and dismissed what I just mentioned. I went back to my table thinking maybe she's right and I took a closer look (pictures below). It was clearly moldy. I made my point by letting her know it's moldy and that I wasn't looking for a free meal as I was already finished. That's when she nonchalantly agreed and I left.I don't know much about any of the other employees but she in particular made a terrible impression for me at this store. Basic courtesy goes a long way.The açaí bowl was good so it's not an issue with the food as much as it is with this individual.

Place looks really nice but the food was pretty bad. The rice i had with my meal was super crunchy to the point that I couldn’t even finish my meal and the food was dry.

We paid about $44 for two wraps, two juices and energy bites. The juice and bites were fine, however we essentially paid over $12 for a rice wrap. The protein was extremely scarce, and the the food each time in itself is bland. I love the idea of a healthy fast food joint but this place is kind of a rip off… ):

I am not a nutritionist nor do I know about dieting. I tried this place trying to make changes in my everyday meals. I was actually quite impressed with how good the food was, almost to the point that I felt like they maybe weren't healthy....???? That's a good thing right? Who wants to eat healthy food and it tastes like regular not healthy food. My favorite item I have tried so far is the Mediterranean wrap. I was really impressed how flavorful the food has been, so I will be back.The downfall is that it's sooo far away from home and work, so that's a challenge in its own. The good thing though is that there is a drive-thru. That drive-thru is amazing for people who are super busy and is on the go all the time and that's perfect for me.I didn't get a chance to go inside to interact with staff and see what the inside is like, but I do know the food is good and it's not your average healthy food. It's flavorful and delicious. They have a good variety of options. I definitely think you should check it out for yourself!

I keep wanting to like Fit Pantry every time I come in, but honestly the more I do the more I remember why I don't go there. First of all, the staff is always rude and very unprofessional. I called in because I was close (I work at InShape) and was excited to get an acai bowl within walking distance on my lunch break and also was the first time using my discount within the area and mentioned that while on the phone, who also hungup on me without saying anything after ordering. No thank you, no goodbye, no see you in a bit, not being helpful at all. LOL to think maybe this might be my go-to place since its so close! Wrong. I will not be returning due to the simple fact the cashier was rude. She seemed overwhelmed and continued to chop whatever food she was making in the front and didn't acknowledge that she would be with me in a minute. When she got to the register, she did apologize and continued to ring me up. I then asked again about my discount for working at InShape and she said "I already sent it through so I can't go back and change it. Next time let them know you want your neighborhood discount." Confused, I let her know that I did mention my discount over the phone when ordering and she responded "oh that was them, (pointing to the girls in the back) I was cleaning the bathroom." So at this point I don't have enough time to drive somewhere else and get food and I felt bad since the food was already made, PLUS one dollar discount isn't a huge deal. It's more customer service for me and the experience. Being in customer service, my experience here sucked and not only was she rude and unhelpful, she did not smile the entire time. The acai bowl was subpar. Next time I will drive to Brazilian Muscle bowls where they are more welcoming and more of a "family" feel business who cares about their customers and better product imo. Do better Fit Pantry, you just lost another customer for whatever it's worth.

This place was requested for a lunch my coworker and I were hosting. We had called ahead as we figured that would make things easier for staff and were told they would not be able to place an order for 11 orders due to them running out of food if they did so. We were a little confused by that answer so we decided to go in and order in person a perhaps split the order into 2? Didn't make to much sense...Anyway we were greeted by Julie who was very helpful. She was able to accommodate our order with no concern about running out of food. We really appreciated her as we are only trying to do our job and she is trying to do hers as well. In the end the food was delicious and the order was perfect. Not sure why the young lady we spoke with over the phone would not take our order..but just thankful Julie was so helpful and pleasant. This is a great place for healthy tasty food.

I LOVED audrey!! she greets me with a smile every time i come in. I'm a regular that gets a FP smoothie, and she always makes it bussin!! She puts her everything into that thing. I don't come for the food, I come for audrey

This place is super healthy and adorable. I ordered the açaí bowl was delicious and the açaí was nice and thick and they put lots peanut butter and honey it was such a delightful surprise. They girl that made açaí bowl made it with lots of care and cut the fruit fresh for me! I also ordered the strawberry banana juice with protein so bomb! If I worked was closer I would go for protein drink everyday! The place is so pretty ! It has this adorable decor and the place is quite and cute, perfect for healthy snack.

While I have been to Fit Pantry in the past , I was disappointed with the drive thru service. First of all the drive through is dark so reading the menu is hard! Especially if you wear glasses like myself ! When I mentioned not Bri g able to read the menu the young lady working the window explained it was not her fault the light was broken and there was nothing she could do about it ! I asked if she could tell me the options for sides. She proceeded to list them with the most non enthusiastic voice she could. When I got home with my order my food was cold! Very disappointed this time !
