“Words cannot express the gratitude I have for this amazing shop. The owner and her crew created the most elegant, beautiful, and special pieces for my grandmother‘s graveside and memorial service and on short notice. They went above and beyond and found her favorite flowers that I requested, and she would have been so mesmerized by them. We cannot thank you enough. I would so highly recommend working with this shop if you are looking for someone who is able to create something that the normal flower shop cannot. They are your girls! They created two large sprays and one cross that was originally standing, but we ended up laying it on her grave where her headstone would’ve been.”

“Bakersfield Flower Market has always been my favorite flower shop in Bakersfield for a reason. The main reason is the quality and their ability to make arrangements look like the photos on their website. They have nailed it each time. In my opinion, they are also very affordable.
On a recent order, they used the same flowers as the photo, but it just didn’t meet my expectations. I was a little disappointed, but not upset because they’ve always been consistent. Things happen sometimes. I went ahead and addressed my thoughts with the owner, Gabriel, and he was so nice to acknowledge my concerns. The very next morning Corina called me from the shop to apologize (which she didn’t have to) and went above and beyond to make things right. I wish other businesses would offer this type of customer service!! Advice for future or current customers, there is no need to write poor reviews, just kindly address any issue and it will be fixed. Exceptional service! I will always continue to use Bakersfield Flower Market. Thank you Gabriel and Corina!!!!”

“During one of the most difficult times in our family’s life, House of Flowers in Bakersfield went above and beyond for us.
I had called a few other florists in town, but from the very first conversation, House of Flowers stood out. The owner, Amanda, immediately offered her sincere condolences and treated me with genuine kindness and compassion. That meant more than she probably knows.
I shared with Amanda that my mother was a huge Los Angeles Dodgers fan, and without hesitation she suggested incorporating the Dodgers’ team colors into the arrangements. That personal touch meant everything to our family.
