I was very pleased with the service I received from Liz on 5/1/19. She was very patient and professional when helping me change name and address. I had forgot her name, but luckily my husband has a good memory! It's always smart to make appt. This was my first time going in maybe 5 years or more. Thank you Liz!

Show up at 6am if you want to be in the front of the line. The staff is reasonable but tired and stressed. Their attitude matters as much as yours do. Either way it's a dmv pretty basic the line will be around the door to the side of the building so show up early or make appointment if you don't want to work on your tan.

The wouldn't stamp my brown card. I asked why and they said it's not their policy anymore. When I inquired about the policy they said the new policy was they don't stamp the Brown cards anymore. So I went to a different DMV and got my card stamped.

I have scheduled appointments with the DMV in the past which have taken me 30 minutes maximum to complete my business. I scheduled an appointment at 12:20 in hopes of renewing my DL during my work lunch break. I showed up on time only to wait in "appointment line" for an hour only to receive a number. Once I obtained my number it took another 40/50 minutes to get my temporary DL. I had to call my supervisor and explain why I had to take an over 2 hour lunch. It was extremely inconvenient. I'm not sure what the purpose of scheduling an appointment is if the service took just as long as it would've if I would've simply walked in. In my opinion the DMV should adapt a new/improved system and possibly hire more staff to be better equipped to serve the vast number of customers in a timely manner and more efficiently. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received today and do not looking forward to visiting the DMV anytime soon.

After so many years, it is incredible how DMV hasn't figured out how to serve taxpayers better. Wednesday they open at 9(?) I came up Tuesday at 7 and the line went around the building, so Wednesday I come at 6:30 for a 9 am opening. Totally ridiculous! By the way, at 6:30, I was 10th in line!

My biggest complaint about this place is the people who come here. Rude and most are dirty. Why???? The bathrooms are also disgusting! The staff is friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend scheduling an appointment before come here!
