I visited Monarch's offices to confirm the plan and all the staff there were so warm and kind; Nicole and her assistant were helpful and gentle in leading me through the legalities of filling out the required forms and then selecting his urn. The cost was more than reasonable, and the payment process was smooth and stress-free.

Greg's arrangements were complicated by his ashes needing to be repatriated to another country. His death having been unexpected, we had no idea how this was to be accomplished. But Nicole went the extra mile for us, and located a transportation service, and then facilitated the transfer of Greg's urn from Bakersfield to the service in New York and provided us with tracking and contact information every step of the way. All of our many emailed questions were answered quickly, kindly and with understanding.

We really did feel that Greg was being treated with loving respect and care at every turn. There were no rough patches in working with Monarch, and our whole experience, from start to finish, was perfect.
