My husband and I came to this place and we saw they had good stuff but when it came to paying everything change. We were waiting for a while for a person to come to the counter and she came out of no where and we were like okay maybe she was busy in the back but then it went more down when she didn’t know what they were promoting in the store. There was a place where there were movies and it said buy one and get half off the second one. So my husband got 4 movies (because again the promotion said buy one and get half off the second one) so when it was time to pay it wasn’t the total we expected. We asked the lady if it wasn’t buy one and get half off the second one? And she responded it’s only music and I said no it says there on the promotion MUSIC, MOVIES, and BLUERAYs. And she said oh let me check. And then she said it’s only on the ones that have stickers…NONE OF THEM HAD STICKERS!! It clearly said on the place where they had their movies. How does an employee not know what the promotion is. Fast forward while paying she made a comment to my husband saying that promotions they have customers get confused so all the customers are wrong. First off, you never say that to a customer about other customers saying they are wrong. So fast forward I was telling my husband that the store needs to retrain their employees because why would they be promoting something and it’s not true. It’s FALSE ADVERTISING! While we were walking out she follows my husband and I when we were leaving the store and yells “ITS THE COMPANY” but yet she didn’t know what they were promoting. That girl needs retraining in what ever they are promoting and also it doesn’t look professional when you are yelling at customers and follow behind them.

One of the cashiers was having a bad day and gave me an attitude. All I asked was where the price tags were because I couldn't see very well, and he said where it was rudely.

Please be aware of when the cashier offers you a 10% off discount to sign up, He will comment and say “ Don’t worry, you can cancel it after a month “ Then fail to mention how when you try to cancel it (Which can only be done through phone call) The operator will constantly misinterpret what you were saying. And make excuses for why they can’t cancel your membership. Truly a horrible way to scam your Customers.

Not nearly as good as it used to be; before they moved to the mall I used to go to them for their good movie selection but now they're just a ripoff BoxLunch. Barely have any movies and what they do have is unsorted so you can't easily tell if they have what you want

Cool stuff but be careful. When they offer you the back stage pass to receive discount they will not tell you it is $11.99 monthly. And even if you do not authorize it , they will use your debit or credit information save it to their system for monthly payment. Without your authorization. I had to call customer service and they were hesitant to cancel it. Be careful here with the “discount promotion” They offer.
