Stopped in to buy a headset, PlayStation and games. Walked in the store and said hello and got no response from the 3 employees, we looked at them and they continued laughing and having their convo. We waited for help and no one acknowledged us so we just went to Walmart.

if I could give zero stars I would, it seems that for the past few months this GameStop has gone downhill, came in to trade in a console and they sent me away once for not having an hdmi cord and again when a piece of dust was on the console, overall the people working there have been very rude for the past year suddenly, definitely going to be avoiding this GameStop from now on. I would not recommend this one at all

Been waiting for a very long time and there is a sign that says they left at 4:50pm, been here since 3pm and no one has showed up. This has been the worst experience. Employee is inside waiting for 5pm for the store to close. Very upsetting!!!!

Store hours say open till 9pm I’m her 5:20 pm and the stores closed with a piece of paper up that says 45 minutes and nothing else on it, great management

Just recently bought a ps5 thanks the Christon he was extremely helpful and was very pleasant. I would recommend to come due to customer service, have good one Chris.
