Hey Brad! You’re awesome! When I came in, he greeted four different customers, but his friendly name was the best part. He’s a great customer service rep. When I asked him about different products, he was super knowledgeable and explained the new formula compared to the old. I’m totally new to the supplement world, so he was very helpful. Thanks, Brad!

I’ve come to this location three times (at different times) and there’s always a sign on the door saying they’ll return soon. It’s extremely frustrating. If you’re going out of your way to drive here, just don’t.

This was my first time at GNC. Was not greeted because the associate was assisting another client. Associate is dropping f-bombs and cursing while speaking with the other client. Looked around the store and was again not asked if I needed any help. I then looked at the prices of a few things I have purchased online and they were over double the price in the store. Associate did not even try seeing if there was anything he could do to help as I left the store. Decided not to waste my money here and go to another shop who cares about ALL their customers.
