After a few years of using this bank only bad thing about is they treat me like thief acusing me of fraud and they just close my account whitout make sure the money checks are good.after more than a month still have bad customer service seems like no one has been able to help bit ,but the money order has been paid to Golden 1 credit union Bank since January 23 I provide copy of the endorsement Pink slip for that money still have to wait for a 90 day to use my money my account is on hold or frozen what a shame for this people and bank. God Bless you all.

They've improved over 10 years of me being their customer but today was the final day. I finally had to say goodbye to them. Unfortunately their third party bill pay system but they have no control over. Banned me from doing online banking. No one at Golden 1 was able to tell me the truth, but I know that they could see in their system. However, the reason why I was banned was because bill pay. The third party that's located on the east coast has been scared of my way of financing lately as I am almost to the end of my bills and was paying them off very quickly the last few weeks. 200 here 300 there. $150 here. Double payments in one month and so forth. I set myself up on the calendar to have certain bills paid on certain dates even before my direct deposit would come in or before me transferring all my funds to cover those bills. That's the way I like to organize. I get to see everything displayed out and it makes me feel complete and organized when I do that method. Well I think that freaked them out that I had almost $1,000 set up to come out in a few days and I was just going to deposit the rest of the money tomorrow when I tried to get on the app today and found out that I was banned ? I've been with them for a little over 10 years ? I don't think I need to say much else.... But this was a first for me and it was definitely going to be the last things have changed in the banking world and I will not support that....

Not active checking account automatic close check account after union credit told me close account or must activity checking account.I choose to close my union credit credit check account because they bother me. To must active checking account or inactive checking account to close account. I wish credit union should not bother me. I miss golden 1 credit union long time ago.

had an account for 6 months then i closed it since i did not use it then they put a report on my chex system and lied about it being a charge off even though they sent me my 200$ in a check once i closed it......lies and fraud at this bank be careful.....now im fighting with there fraud department about them lying on my chex system report.....really bad bank and they never have anyone in the fraud department since they are doing all the fraud and making up lies.....might have to hire a lawyer to fight them in court over there fraud.(name - Daniel Solum)

Yorshua is the absolute best! He went above and beyond the standard customer service and deserves the highest recognition. It’s rare to a person who is willing to maintain communication, good or bad. He was accommodating and very helpful in letting us know what we may or may not be able to do with the transaction we requested.While waiting in the branch we were able to observe the respect and care he gave to other members. I've been a member for 20 years now. The best bank and the best rates. Although we do need another branch in Bakersfield. Just moved from Sacramento where there are alot of branches. Bakersfield in the 14 zip would be appreciated. The branch locally is wonderful also. The staff are absolutely amazing and friendly. Beets Sac hands down on friendliness and efficiency.
