I have been visiting your stores for years! And today was the worst day. I was looking at the clothes and a blouse fell to the floor. The employee came with a very bad face and said, “Excuse me!” I moved and she picked up the blouse and my daughter threw a stuffed animal on the floor and I told my son to pick it up! And she said, “Excuse me!” in a very rude tone. She moved me away from where I was looking at the clothes twice in an annoyed tone. When I moved closer to the cash register I asked my husband if he would take some shirts. He was just answering me to check them and the same employee told me to get out of there and step aside because people who were ready to pay were passing by! But nobody was there And by the way, she continued with her rude tone. Not even Louis Vuitton treated me like that woman. If she doesn’t like to work, she should go home.

The hours are shorter and you are closed 2 days and now I can't try on jeans 1 hour and 15 minutes before you close? The dressing rooms used to be closed an hour before closing time and now it is 2 hours before? i don't even get off work until 4pm so i can never shop at your store because i can't try anything on! Dressing rooms should be open until 15 minutes before closing. You don't accept returns so we should be allowed to try on clothes!

Found emergency attire for work, had a bad experience with Paragon Cleaners in Visalia. They purposely overcharged me $321 for my 4 blazers and did alterations without me being there to measure me properly. I had no attire for work so I came to this Goodwill and found everything I needed for work. Was able to put some outfits together for work.
Very satisfied with the quality of the clothing I purchased.

My daughter and I visited this location on 1-25-23 and had a great experience. The cashier Karen was very nice and the employee stocking the shelves went out of his way to bring me a cart. I wish I would've gotten his name, because he truly deserves to be acknowledged for being so helpful. Although I did find a couple of good deals, the prices have definitely gone up and that's at all Goodwill locations. This makes it difficult for people who are on a tight budget.

Nice staff, clean store. No customer restrooms or changing rooms available. Maybe because of the time? (6:30pm). The store closes at 8pm. Other than that, decent store.

Don't buy anything electronic. They say they test the item but when you get home it don't work. And all sales are final. Complete rip off
