“Ordered a polymer lower last month, a week went by and I hadn't received my order. I called on a Sunday and left voicemail about not receiving order yet. Was suprised when the following day, Chris, the owner of EP Armory called me (they are closed on Monday's) and assured me I would receive my order. He just asked that I give it 2 more days to see if my lower was delivered, told me if I didn't have it that Wednesday to call him back and he would send out another lower. Wednesday, I still didn't have my order, I emailed Chris ,and within minutes he replied that he, was sending another lower right then. That Friday I received the lower that matched tracking # Chris gave me 2 days before. The following week, USPS found and delivered my original order. Great customer service, it says a lot about the company, when the owner calls customers to help with issues. Very pleased with Chris and EP Armory....and make great polymer lowers.”

“I want to just start by screaming to the very ends of the Earth, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU PETE P. Yesterday I drove almost 3 hours to Bakersfield to a shop across the street from turners called Dirty Bird Guns and Ammo and I was let down BIG TIME, I called ahead to ask what paperwork was need for a PPT(Private Party Transfer) only to get there and for them to not be willing to do it for me claiming we were missing paperwork which we werent at all. We called Turners, and BAM they answered right away on Black Friday weekend, and we asked about paperwork they confirmed we were correct. Pete P. went through the paperwork we needed and took time to make our trip of the seller(who drove over an hour) and I (who drove almost 3 hours) worth while. Mind you they were near closing time! I HAD NEVER SET FOOT IN A TURNERS, but you know what? Because of the great service provided by PETE P I would happily make the drive again 20x times over, PETE P at Turners, you are a gentleman and a scholar! PLEASE GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE, he genuinely understands the worth of the time of people! 5 star rating because I cant do anything higher. Thank you for Turners, and thank you Pete P.”
