I forgot the employees name but she helped me out and I walked out with a new pair of boots. It was a win win situation. Thank you to that employee!!!!! The store was clean surprisingly. I will come back with my wife so she can grab some shoes next time”
“This is my husband's to go place when any of us need new shoes. He's a WSS rewards member, so he likes to apply any funds available to the balance owed. The store always seems stocked and clean. They have every brand that I can think of, plus the apparel is state of the art. I believe the prices are reasonable because brand-name shoes are expensive regardless of where they are bought.
I've never encountered a rude employee, but I've never encountered a friendly, helpful employee.
