“Great guys working inside. They were Ble to assist me with adding my front license plate frame. They went above and beyond.
I totally appreciate their customer service”
“Went in there with my man last week! He bought some shoes to go with his outfit for a trip & he just loved them! Couldn't find his size, so the worker went out of his way to go look for his size.. they were way on the bottom of the other shoes, but he found them and dug them out😁. They are always so great there, and friendly, even the security guard at the front door. Always clean and organized! Wish they had the Hoka shoes or the Fresh Foam for me. Maybe one day🤓. Other than that, they have a great selection 😊”
“Needed a kingpin thrown on my AR lower and my stock’s lever reassembled, caught them at a good time and they were able to take care of both same day with fair pricing. Knowledgeable in their field of business; would recommend them for any gun smithing needs. the smiths hours can vary from the locations hours, call beforehand to save a trip!”
“All the employees were knowledgeable and helpful. Being able to rent and test paddles before buying is a fantastic way to ensure you find the one that best suits your playing style. It really makes the buying process much more personalized and confidence-inspiring.”
“Going from Dick's sporting goods, to big 5 was a huge change. Not only was the pricing a major change, so was the customer service. Really enjoy the help from the associated and manager.”

“A great place to buy your military supplies, ribbons, pins, outdoor bivouac / FTX gear and lots of Veteran ballcaps! Never shopped for the hardware section of it but I’m sure they’ll have what you’re looking for.”
“Is went to a different archery place only to find that it’s permanently closed, The gentleman here was top professional and 25 years experience. Fitting the bow and all is most important. Great or should i say excellent service. Top professionals and an honor to do business with them. I’d give them 10 stars if i could.”
“They were friendly, on time, professional. They disassembled and moved our pool table without a problem. Leveled it and reassembled the table perfectly. Much appreciated.”
“I went to Big 5 Sporting Goods and Don was incredibly nice and helpful. He took his time assisting me, answered my questions, and did it all with a cheerful attitude. It’s always great to see someone who genuinely seems happy to help customers. Thank you, Don, for the excellent service! Monica and Beto the couple you helped!”

“I visited about a month ago with my son. The store manager Crystal, helped look for a specific shirt my son wanted. Her customer service was exceptional! She really went above and beyond. I’m from out of state and customer service in California is lacking! Zumiez needs to recognize this employee. She made our trip feel like home with her service. This was the best customer service we received while traveling!”
“Extremely kind and helpful throughout my entire process getting my suit. If they didn’t have what I was looking for they utilized all their resources to find somewhere I could get it. They also gave me a beer while I waited. 10/10 experience.”
“went in 2 days ago got 2 pairs of shoes and a pair of crocks had a great experience. I was helped by amariee who happened to be a great sales associate she was attentive, quick and she seemed very knowledgeable. She didn't try to shove other products down our throats as some sales associates in past. we tried on our shoes and she was extremely patient with us. Made our trip go nice and smooth.”

“Cynthia and her staff are all awesome people. Bought a variety of 300 blackout no one else had. And got a real good deal on some other large caliber ammo. I go over and browse around. I never walk out empty handed. Great small business i enjoy spending time in. Keep up the good work . Jesse Martinez.”
“I'm a big MMA fan so you can imagine how thrilled I am to have found Stylz MMA a huge fight shop that has apparel, & fight gear for many types of martial arts. They even have urban apparel and womans clothing. Great prices too.”
“Usually buy online, but had to return and exchange some shoes. The employee was very friendly and helpful, and actually showed us what aisles we could find our exchanges. Everything is very organized and clean. They have all sizes and styles you would need. Overall a great experience.”
“Thank you to each and everyone of you that helped me and my husband today.... I completely love my LA Dodgers camo hat embroidered with my Navy girls name on it. You guys are all fantastic!”
“Honestly, I think the one who helped me got a little nervous with the way I was asking for things. I’m pretty sure she was new though, so it’s all good. Plus, I explained myself terribly anyway lol. One thing for sure, you could totally tell she trains seriously at the gym. Hopefully things go well for her and the store manager gives her a raise, because she clearly puts a lot of effort into it — and yeah, she was really pretty too not gonna lie.”
“Employees were friendly and asked if I needed help and welcomed me and my son in the store. We received help from a female employee for shoe sizes and and a male employee helped look for sizes in sweaters that I couldn't reach.”
