, return policy, it's not true. I brought back a tool tools are so you can use them and if they get it damaged or there's something wrong you return, and they didn't want to return my tool .that I purchased from them been buying from them for a long time. Ever since harbor freight started I think this is the second return.I do . Since harbor freight has been around.. They said it needed to look new.. I don't know who's gonna have a tool. You see, it's still gonna look new after two weeks or usage

Nice and clean and modern. But too many tools that are made in China. Cheap tools they don't last very long. Of very low quality. Wish they had made in America tools

Today around 8 am I was shopping at Harbor Freight on White Lane. BMS were using there blower making all kind of dust. Right when Im about to get to my truck this employee turns the blower straight to my truck. I asked him to do better which he replied “ What do you want me to do have a great day” with attitude. NOTE when servicing or cleaning a parking lot it must be done when is closed and there is no customers around. Don’t forget we have something call VALLEY FEVER here in Bakersfield. Harbor Freight do better with you contractors. Now I have to wash my truck again.

Beware of this location! If you plan on getting a job here, ask why there is so much turn over. They will say, attendance and shortages. But the truth is Management. Whilmer is the store manager. If he is at the register and you try and return an item he will give you a hard time because it hurts the stores overall numbers. Also Whilmer will try and charge you a restock fee even tho your item is before the 90 day period. Those shirts your wife ordered for you Whilmer, don’t fit, maybe tell her to not order an extra medium, try extra fat, that might help. This location on White lane has a very bad reputation, Bryce Tilford, the temu Steph Curry is a supervisor there he goes home on his lunch daily to get smoked out and returns to work, Whilmer covers for him for sure even tho he denies knowing anything. Bryce really smells like armpit and that’s not an exaggeration, especially on truck day. Sarah should not be in her position for sure she’s the sales manager and all she does is bad mouth everyone including Whilmer then cry’s about how’s she’s treated. Enrique the logistics manager he may be a psychopath with sociopathic traits do not trust this guy you can spot him by all the plaque on his teeth.Congratulations on getting engaged to your tinder fiancé by the way Enrique. We all know how that’s gonna end. If your planning on getting a job here reconsider the location, maybe go to rosedale they have the same associates working there for a reason, the people who work at rosedale are great. Also the Delano location Whilmers wife works there, she is exactly like him. Whilmer transferred from another place and the DM hired his wife for the Delano store as a favor I’m assuming for them moving to Bakersfield. If you want to work in the Delano store there is not much traffic in and out of the store, that means no hours there. If your a part time associate at Harbor freight they will give you 12 hours minimum, so if they don’t like you they will give you 12 hours a week until you find another job. Go to Rosedale you have better odds at being happy at your job and getting more hours for sure.
