I was on the hunt for something last minute for valentines. After getting through several different jewelry stores, I came across Helzberg. They had a lot of options, and it was a bit overwhelming. One of their associates named David came through like no one else could. He was polite, patient, and willing to listen and took the time to provide wonderful suggestions. I walked away with the perfect gift and will return because of his wonderful customer service. We live in such a society where this type of service is really hard to find.

0 stars if I could!New management absolutely sucks, every time I come in there’s a problem with my account, mind you I’ve been coming here for years, today all of a sudden I don’t have warranty purchased for items I’ve been having fixed for years now. Will never purchase from here again and will take my jewlery elsewhere to be cleaned and maintained

We recently visited Helzberg Valley Plaza to purchase an engagement ring our salesperson David Zazueta was a huge help ordered the ring from a different store for us to see before we purchased it online. He went beyond our expectations as a salesperson and we appreciate all of his efforts. So go see David if you need to purchase any jewelry you won’t be sorry ?

I had shopped here, but will be taking my business somewhere else. It's disappointing when professionals engage in unprofessional behavior and speak disrespectfully about former employees. Loyalty is an important factor in any customer-business relationship, and after 20 years patronage I expect a certain level of professionalism from Helzberg staff. When incidents like this occur, it reflects poorly on the management and the company as a whole. It's crucial for businesses to foster a respectful and supportive work environment, where all employees, wether current or ex-employees, are treated with dignity and their contributions are valued. Unfortunately, situations like this can undermine trust and loyalty.As a customer, I feel that my loyalty and patronage are not being appreciated or reciprocated, There are many businesses out there that value and prioritize customer satisfaction and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience. It's important for me to choose a business that aligns with my values and appreciates long-term customers. It's not professional to hear employees gossiping and degrading others. I will be paying off my account and taking my business elsewhere.

I have purchased twice here. The jewelry was charged to a Comenity CC. Every month the Credit Card company sends an email that your payment is due soon. Whatever you do, NEVER give these people your email address. I would like to add the following details: Number one-I have never paid late. Number two-I have never paid the minimum amount. Number three- the annoying emails come into my inbox after the assholes already have the funds. This problem may not be the fault of the local store but I godamn sure would not be annoyed by the emails if I did not buy here. The credit card company will not stop, I have called to try to stop it. I will never purchase here again.

I went in with my boyfriend to look at rings necklaces and a new chain for him I was told I would be getting a estimate check for how much my spending limit would be if I wanted to sign up for a credit card a couple days later I got a email saying thank you for opening a credit card I didn't not want a credit card I said I just wanted to check to see my limit not open one and the salesman knew I didn't want one and still opened it without my knowledge I just want to know how that is okay how does one open a credit card in someone else's name and think that is okay seems like you guys need to watch your employees more carefully because I called to cancel and I'm still getting emails about my new credit card I never wanted to open
