One of the worst locations to get ur car. You cant reach them over the phone and once you finnally do they put you on hold then give you attitude when they come back. Better off picking a different location.

Unorganized, cramped with literally no parking. Heavy set employee rude with disregard for their lack or parking. Unsatisfactory in which business is conducted with the general public!!!

Not sure why a day and 8 hours is almost the same price as an entire week. Feel like I was ripped off, big-time. They need to change this, or they will be losing customers. Not happy at all with this experience

Getting the rental was relatively easy. I got the extra insurances and other services. I was told that would allow me to return the vehicle with no questions asked. When I started the vehicle the gauge cluster stated that an oil change was required and that warning would display everytime the vehicle was started. While drive a device fell from under the dash in front of the brake pedal almost causing me to collide with another vehicle (I disconnected the device and placed it in the center console). The car was rented to work in Phoenix. When I attempted returned the vehicle there were two ladies working. One was assisting a customer and the other appeared to be texting (visually and audibly). When I was finally assisted they would not allow me to return the vehicle because there was some dirt/dust on the carpet and I was told that it needed to be cleaned. I asked if I could use their vacuum and they would not allow it. I asked if I would be allowed to return the vehicle an hour later than originally agreed so I could make to an appointment and they said no. I then canceled my appointment and took the vehicle and vacuumed it. It was hard not to plow the vehicle into another vehicle owned by Hertz upon my return. Very rude and useless women working at this particular location.

Rented this sweet Kia for my Ubering full ev. Runs like a champ with all the safety bells and whistles I feel like it would stop on a dime on a flagrant driver and wave hi to him if it could. The hertz rep who helped me treated me great and answered all my silly questions on my first rental and without any awkwardness great place to visit for my next rental.

The worst experience in car rental history.
Was sent here by auto repair thru car warranty.
Car warranty only covered one week. After that it would be $40.00 a day out of pocket. I had to leave a debit card on file . Had the car for almost 3 weeks. First red flag š© , out of 3 employees only one seem to be helping out walk-ins. She seem over worked and annoyed š by her co workers doing minimum work. I have been to many rental places and they give you a basic run down, this lady was not explaining anything. It was basically hereās the car, bring back. She asked her co worker to take pictures of the car before I took it. Her coworker responded that she couldnāt she was busy. š with rolling eyes she got up to take the pictures herself.
I figured it was going to be an easy transaction, I had rented before.
By the second week the auto body š§āš§ tells me the part they ordered was damaged in route. it would be a few more days. I called Hertz to let them know that my car is not ready and I would rent on a daily basis until they call me that my car is ready. The lady on the phone says yes no problem. 2 red flag , I am calling every 3 days to pay before the car is due .
Going into week 3 , I get an alert on my phone of Hertz trying to charge my card $500 at midnight.
Half asleep I pressed no I didnāt agree to this transaction. Immediately my card was cancelled. From that moment my life would be extremely stressful. I gave Hertz my only debit card š³ thatās pays for all my auto pay transactions on a daily basis. My direct deposit $ through this debit card as well!!
When I called to ask why Hertz tried to charge my card , the same lady just said āI donāt know. Now they need another card on file. I said let me just return the car . I will pay when I return. I kept it over the weekend. I owed like $140.00 .
Now this whole time I am in communication with the same lady. Again this lady doesnāt explain things in detail very half a$$ everything.
I get there expecting to pay $120.00. I asked her how much am I getting charged, her co worker steps in, but not explaining in detail you will be charge for everything meaning $700 all over again because itās a new credit card on file.
Not only did they screw me with my debit card, they screwed with credit card being declined at the gas station. According to Hertz , whatever was charged to my debit card it was put back. Thatās a lie. I paid double for this horrible service and they kept the money the warranty paid.

Donāt bother calling them, because no one picks up the phone. You have to go straight to the office if you want to water your time. If youāre looking to rent a car, donāt bother asking them, because they donāt have cars available.

Melody at the beginning was very nice and processed our insurance replacement rental with ease. Loved the beginning, until the worse happen. We were informed by our insurance to return the vehicle by Friday. We went to return the vehicle for us to not even be informed that they did not have a drop box for the location. Left the car there locked overnight and took the keys. Went back the next day to give them the keys for them to say we need to go vacuum the car because there is dog hair. We never had a dog inside the car for 1, 2 the previous person had an air freshener in the trunk which I am going to assume that the car washer of the location did not check the trunk. Now they want me to clean the vehicle even though I had it literally for 6 days. The best experience went to the worse really quickly so sad too.
