We went in on a Sunday to purchase a new drill set. Everything was locked up however no one "knew the code". We asked several people and waited for 20 minutes when multiple said they were going to ask for help. No one ever came to help us. We found the name of the drill and bought it cheaper on Amazon. If things are loved up make sure your staff can unlock the doors !

There is everything bad that ? you ask something and they don't have an answer and it takes them like 40 minutes to serve you, you look around and they are talking to each other if you interrupt them they get upset no mmn

I've never seen so many people working in a hardware supply business who had no clue what they were doing or where products were.

It has a very large inventory. Normally find what you are looking for according to the type of store.

I had a great experience with a Sales Associate named Logan. I was looking for Flourisint lights in the electrical dept and no one was in the department to help than Logan walked by even though it wasn't his department he went out of his way to help me. He was awesome and helped me find my lights.

The workers are discriminatory, they only help the customers that appeal to their aesthetic. The workers will see you and look into your eyes and act like you are a peasant in THEIR store. If you try to get the workers to help you, you actually have to chase the workers down and then IF they actually “help” you they give you a nasty attitude.

Went to this location to buy an item that their website said was in stock. Went to the aisle the website told me to go to and the product wasn't there. Finally found an associate and that's when the "Home Depor Runaround" started. Every employee I talked to directed me to some random part of the store just to get me out of their hair. By the time I got to the 5th associate, she did her best trying to find where my product was. She told me they had some outside on a upper shelf and needed the forklift driver to get it. Wait another 20 min, forklift guy shows up and takes the wrong product down. I tell him this and he refuses to get the pallet I needed down for me. By this time I just left because I had wasted an hour of my time going nowhere and not getting what I needed. I had not gone to this store in years and years due to a bad experience 5+ years ago, and it was a mistake to ever come back thinking they had changed. Horrible staff and management, they don't care about their job or the customers. Go to Lowe's instead.

Customer service needs some attention. Stopped by tonight to buy blinds, couldn't get anyone to help until 30 minutes later, after several page requests, and asking several employees. Only to be told the gal in the dept wouldn't be able to help (didn't know how to work the cutting machine) and someone else stepped in.Perhaps aisle page buttons would be helpful? Or maybe better cross training employees on cutting machines. A quick trip turned into anything but.
