I usually have had a good experience here and everything was always gone smoothly. Recently, I have been checking online to make sure they have stock of whatever product I am looking for. These last 3 times I have done that and there is no stock even when the website says available stock. I was even told one day they will be restocking, then came back the next day and no one had restocked. Not sure if the staff just hangs out and chills but it seems they are just chatting around instead of helping out customers. An exception goes to the staff at the garden checkouts. They seem to try their best at helping out, but when they call for help it seems that no one wants to help out. I hope this improves. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

They had so many employees and nobody could help us in appliances. When the worker decided to come help people, she helped one family and then she hid from everybody else. worst customer service!!!

I have consistently had great experiences at THIS Home Depot on Gosford. Like an earlier reviewer, I purchased a toilet at another Home Depot across town. It was a curbside pickup. When I got home, I realized that had given me the wrong toilet, so I called about coming back to exchange it. Instead of being helpful, they wanted to first check video footage treating me like a criminal instead of a customer. And for their mistake. Fortunately, I called the Gosford Home Depot and was able to get it exchanged. Customer service was excellent and I will continue to give them my business.

Negative stars are more like it, went in bought a dishwasher, payed for haul away and installation. Dishwasher came and who ever their 3rd party is obviously doesn't know nor give one S about the customer, was told they can't install, call Home Depot get an extended drain hose and they'd come back out, whatever, called HD and was told, no call Samsung, call Samsung and was told no call HD again and they will provide it, at this point the dishwasher Is sitting in my foyer for close to 2 weeks now, called HD AGAIN! And was told ok don't worry about it they'll be out there Saturday, I cancelled my beach trip and waited for the 3rd party to come out whom was SUPER DISMISSIVE AND RUDE! Was told, "call to get the hose because I can't do anything without it HD thinks they know what they're talking about but they don't" at this point it's 3 weeks the damn dishwasher is in my foyer, then I finally get someone helpful at Samsung that says "no, here's the link these hoses will work" THEY'RE AT LOWES!!! I was told by Crystal at HD they don't carry it and it's the customers responsibility to know what they need because I work at HD And know how to install a damn dishwasher and just payed extra for it to be installed because I like to throw money away !!! At this point I'm fed up and go to the store to return the item because now it's been in my foyer for 3 WEEKS! Get to HD on Gosford and was told, "we won't go pick it up" the f*** you won't, you took it .. "no it was a 3rd party" IDGAF who took it I don't want to see it! Get told go to appliances , stood there for 15 min waiting along with 3 other people, Rudy (the only helpful worker there obviously) comes over to try to help, he's not even the appliance associate and was MORE HELFUL THAN THE PEOPLE WHO WERE ASSIGNED TO THAT DEP! He tells me Crystal will need to call you tomorrow, I say fine, have her call me .. she calls me and tells me "I can return it but you're going to have to bring it in" THE F*** I AM! So she says we'll let me see if I can get the 3rd party to pick it up .. they agree to after she decides to get smart with me and tell me I should've refused it right there and then! ... 5 DAYS LATER! 3rd party comes picks up the dishwasher finally and tell me, "it's in the system you can go get your money" I drive my happy/relieved a** to HD And get told we can refund you the $145 for haul away and installation you'll have to come back tomorrow for the other 900, THE F*** I WILL! Dennis (the manager) gets called into the mix and tells me he's going to figure it out for me but Crystal () is the only person who can save the day now, ok Dennis where's Wonder Woman? She's on lunch apparently for another what felt like an hour(he said 10-15 min, I could've Went home took a nap and came back to wait another 10-15 min) , after all that, I got my money CASH!! Because let me tell you I'm not leaving s*** up to chance, drove to Lowe's, got my dishwasher for WAY less than what HD charged me and am a happy Lowe's customer now! Ooooo and BTW got everything done in less than 3 days with Lowe's!

I want to take the time to thank Dennis at Home depot and his staff for making a horrible experience at the home Depot on Ming Ave and turning it into a great experience. I purchased a new toilet system at a different location and it was missing a part. I went back to the original store and was treated like I was trying to steal something, I asked for the manager and waited and he never showed up. I had already paid for the install and but was missing the water tank cover, so I tried a different store but guess what no one else had it. Dennis and his team looked and tried to find me the missing piece and where able to take care of my problem! I really wish all stores where this helpful, they didn't even sell me the equipment but made sure I was taken care, all this with a really busy location, I will be returning to this store for sure!

I just came back from this place. I saw like 4 families and couple of single people with no mask and these two ladies were coughing and not even covering there faces. do they not require mask no more? I tried calling to ask if they require mask now and the workers kept hanging up on me. anyways that was my main question do u still need mask at this store? kuz I kept seeing people come in without them

I go in here regularly as I live near by. But today I had an exceptional experience when I went in to purchase a mobile workbench/toolbox. I shopped for it first on line and saw that the stock was down to one left. So I went to the spot where it should be and struck out. So I enlisted help from the associate named Dominick. He was very courteous and offered to check all the possible places where it might be stashed away. 10 minutes later he came and found me and showed me where in the back corner of the store, up on the very top rack, he found two of the items. So he went and got a forklift and retrieved it for me and went on my merry way. Thanks for everything Dominick! I wish more of your fellow team members were as helpful as you are. Thank you Sir!

Rampant line jumping/cutting by Spanish speakers who are allowed to shove their way to the front without being rebuffed by careless inattentive staff. I definitely wasn't made to feel welcome.

We had lots of questions about countertops and Millie was wonderful in answering all of them. Even when we told her that it was for our home up in WA, she was so helpful and informative!

This is my place to shop.. I have been doing curbside since it was offered beginning of covid and the experience has been great. Lindsay was top notch customer service. I had got an item that would not fit in my vehicle so she took my card and rented me one of their trucks so I didn't have to go inside. Loaded the items and I was on my way. Same experience with all the other curbside associates. Always a great experience. Reminder Curbside isn't available after 6 pm so if you show up then you do have to go inside or wait till the next day.

I would give them a negative review if it was possible. These people sold me a horrible Whirlpool washer and they refused to resolve this issue by allowing me the option of paying them more money to buy a different washer and they also refused to replace it. Horrible. Never will I purchase anything from this company. I will make sure I give all my business to Lowe's who are always willing to do right by their customers. And I suggest you all do the same unless you want to end up with a horrible nightmare of an appliance and customer service.

I went in to this store for French doors to be installed in my home and the associate set me up me paperwork for a installation guy to come measure and quote me, she said he will call me Monday to schedule me in. Well Wednesday is here and I haven't heard anything. I called to ask what happen and this lady said that the dept is busy and Secretary is out for the moment but don't worry they will call me when they free up. Not very great customer service! I called Lowe's after and they set me up with an appointment tomorrow for someone to come out.

I don't understand how when I go in person, all employees are just standing around, chatting with each other, but when I call no one answers?!?!?! They can't hear the phone while they're chatting? I just don't understand, they have too much time on their hands to not pick up the phone. Seriously, make it make sense.

Wow horrible customer service manage Barb was extremely dismissive and upset that she had to deal with a customer called. I explained to her that her first employee didn't get his name was disinterested in helping a customer and basically took a glance to see if they had the lumber I needed and then said no. I took a better look myself and noticed the lumber in the center aisle still wrapped and on a pallet so I figured I could wait. I then asked another employee named Mat and as he walked away he told me it's going to be a minute I literally had to follow him to get a time frame and he was like a while. I don't mind waiting what I did mind was the dismissive attitude by First the two Lumber employees followed by the manager Barb. Once again Home Depot is considerably the worst customer service. I guess I have to start paying more and shopping at Lowe's.
