The entire staff was helpful and involved in the process of helping me find gorgeous pieces for an upcoming business conference. I have little to no experience shopping for an event and I don't know my sizes in high end clothing. They accurately guessed my size , asked about my style & lifestyle, the event and even what time of day the conference would be held. They brought items to the fitting room that would be appropriate and even styled everything with shoes. It was quite an experience to have so much care taken. Thank you ladies!

It was my first time in this shop today, I always passed by it while driving around. I was crunched for time and didn't think I would be able to find something that worked for me in such a short amount of time. I needed an outfit for a casual get together. The girl in the shop helped me pick out some dresses. I tried the first one on wasn't 100% sure about it, another lovely lady suggested I try it on with a pair of heels they had in the store and it made such a difference. I bought the dress and I love it. I want to say that the ladies in the boutique are so helpful and make your shopping experience personable and fun. Oh also they steamed my dress for me. Look forward to shopping here again.

What a dissapoinment this store was. All their clothes were made in China. These clothes were extremely expensive and again made in China and the quality of the clothes did not match the price. NO thank you

My girlfriends and I came in on Second Saturday. I was desperate to find some new sandals and they were advertising free champagne and a 15 percent discount. We had walked across downtown and two out of four of us purchased items. After asking about the champagne, they told us they were too busy. lo and behold we were the only ones in the shop. We definitely felt discriminated against and I won't be spending my money there anymore. The sandals are the only reason I am giving two stars. The customer service deserves zero stars.

House of Talula never disappoints! They have clothes from a variety of price points and items for the house too. You don't have to hassle with shipping (and returns!) or travel far for cute designer finds. I have a busy life, so whenever I have an event or just want a cute outfit, I come here to be sure the fit is just right. I always love checking the windows for style inspiration. They know what's current. The ladies are super friendly and treat you like they've known you forever. It's like having your own personal shopper every time. I had a dreaded return after a ring snapped when I was wearing it - they were awesome about it. They sent it back & got it replaced for me, no hassle - it was that easy! Bakersfield has Anthro-quality goodies and LA boutique designs in our own backyard. Support local & go to House of Talula!
