The business has changed ownership to Storewell. DO NOT RENT A UNIT FORM THEM NO MATTER HOW CHEEP IT MY BE! THIS LOCATION IS UNSECURED AND OPEN TO ALL!. When you contact the info line on the window it's a serious joke to communicate with at least 5 so far. We have had a storage here for over 20 years with no problems! Not happy!

Had bad experience with office staff for my rental unit payment issues, which were due to their mistake (viz using the wrong card even when informed). Usually, a business is required to send a notice to the customer first before imposing any extra charges for non payment/overdue.
In my case, I never got any notice, but to save time n hassle, I just paid the extra charges in the month of September(got ripped off)
In October, I got another notice about non payment (as they still tried to charge my old inactive card even after telling staff not to use when paid rent n extra charges in the month of September).
Again, I'm about to get ripped off. No one in the office was able to answer me, and I got to the point that I was ready to write to BBB about this business. George, the manager, called me ( as I wrote an email to the owner Lee) and told me to come by. Went there, George finally got the issue cleared up. Was able to waive extra charges for this notice but still had extra charges for previous, which he said can't do anything. Frankly, I would tell people to avoid this business, but George's attitude calmed me to some extent. I will be getting out of this place ASAP, so I don't have to deal with this C... again

I been with them I believe 8years if more they only raise there rates one time $5.00 can't beat that my stuff has never been broken into yet.... blessed

I took a friend to rent a storage unit, The staff are very friendly and helpful . My friend got a great move in deal & reasonable monthly rate. The storage unit very clean & well maintained also very good security. (Definitely Would Recommend ) your stuff will be safe

This place is very bad me and my old ladies lockers both got hit at different times. They spent days and went through everything I had and took everything that was of any value. These people say they have cameras but they never work. Everybody I know that's been in there gets their locker broke into. It may be an inside deal. I probably lost $30,000 in tools alone. They basically let anybody in and they just rob you apparently I've been thinking about starting a class action lawsuit. Anybody else's Locker that reads this that has been broken into leave a comment

Thisis definitely the best place in Bakersfield to store your valuables. I have used them for many years at different times and its always as safe and secure as the time before. Never had a problem with anyone trying to break in. My favorite place.

I had a storage container for several years. It was broken into twice. The first time they only took a bike and a few items. The second time they took most of the stuff. The office took several days to call me after it happened. I was furious but was told that they are not responsible. They were very unsympathetic avout me loosing a ton of items and famjly heirlooms. They aslo used to rent the storage containers to people to basically stay in. Not sure if they still do. Hopefully management has changed.

I have had storage here Forever it seems. The place is clean and forgiving, lol!Recommend it! I forget about it sometimes and never had a late fee. People are SupeRDupeR!
