The girl working the drive through right now 2/5/2024 at 5:15p.m. has the worst attitude I've seen in a long time. I would not come back to this Jack. She was not dressed as a manager and her name tag was covered up.

My daughter and I were there on 2/02/2024. We ordered our food in the drive thru and showed our order on the screen. We accidentally overlooked one mistake that they made. They added one more burger to our order. When we pulled up and noticed that their were 3 we told the drive thru worker we supposed to only have 2. She then told me in a very demeaning tone that they alway verify with customers on the screen in the drive thru. She was a black woman with short braids or dreads.My daughter who was sitting in the passenger side admitted that we overlooked it. Instead of giving me a refund for the extra sandwich she just went on again about the stupid order confirmation, even though she clearly heard my daughter say that we over looked it.She then shouted to another employee in the back that we only wanted 2 sandwiches even though we confirmed 3 on the screen. She was very rude and unprofessional.We had explain what happened to 2 more em after that and they were all acting like they couldn't give us a refund. We eventually did get one I just don't appreciate how many times we had to explain it to them and how we were treated. After all it was them who made the mistake.

I went there last night with my mom. We ordered our food at the drive thru. While ordering, the person taking our order made several mistakes that I had to keep correcting. After we felt our order was complete we pulled up the the window. We didn't realize at the time that an extra burger that we didn't ask for was added to our order. When we saw that there was an extra burger my mother informed an employee ( an African American young woman with short dreads )that we only ordered 2.She told us that they verified with us on the screen and that it wasn't their fault. So we told her again that we only ordered 2. She repeated the same thing again as if basically stating that she wasn't going to refund us for the extra sandwich.I heard another employee in the background aske what was happening and she shouted in a very rude tone "they're saying that we gave them a burger that they didn't ask for even though we verified their order with them!" She made sure to say it very loud so that we could hear her. Another employee took over. I assume they did so because they realized how unprofessional that was. We explained our situation to the other employee who got I'm assuming the MOD and we had to explain it over and over again.It really seemed like they were avoiding giving us a refund for a mistake that THEY made. Yes we overlooked the extra burger that was on the screen at the drive thru but we verbally said that we wanted two and they put 3. The main issue that I have is really with the first girl we spoke to she had a nasty attitude as soon as we brought it up. What should've been an easy fix stretched out to being almost half an hour of repeatedly explaining their mistake. Something really needs to be done about the customer service and the attitude of the employees at this establishment.

The reason I’m giving the five stars is definitely due to their customer service. I ordered a strawberry shake and the gentleman at the window, which I believe must have been the manager proceeded to hand it to me by saying I added two cherries because you are too special. That made my day. *It’s the little things*

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat for lunch. Ordered 4 tacos, some wraps and 2 large drinks. Customer service was okay in that the order was missing items. Had to return. The food was fresh and well prepared though.

Love the fact that their 24hrs. There are various staff that make the visit worthwhile. Now pricing, you will have to dig a little deep. The quality of the food is good.

We normally have a really good experience here the overnight staff is awesome but during the day they refused to let us get whipped cream in a cup for the dog or a pup cup even if we were going to pay saying they don't offer it even though we know they do because we've gotten it At different jack-in-the-boxes including this one you have to ask for it it's not like Starbucks but it was silly for them to just say nope

Thanks for the cup of ice water with my order. Earned a free sourdough jack and love their tacos. I add extra cheese and no hot sauce, and they always remember no hot sauce. I love how they get my order right.Dietary restrictions: Dr. Rico said no fries and no chili.
