I've been coming to this place for years and I think you need to upgrade the men's restroom here the sink is absolutely ridiculous water comes out very slow and you really have enough room to put your hands under there I see there's construction going on inside with new carpets restrooms need serious work I was there yesterday every time I come here and that parking lot there's kids riding in your skateboard down that ramp people racing down the parking lot very unsafe and I talk to the security about these actions they said they can't do nothing about it so that tells me valley plaza need some serious help nothing's going to get done until somebody gets killed take care of these actions from these teenagers riding their bikes inside the mall skateboards outside the mall of the JCPenney's parking lot security does nothing so if somebody backs up and squashing one of these kids and kills them you looking at a major lawsuit attention valley plaza management do something about it because I got videos of it they still haven't remodeled the men's restroom very outdated come on JCPenney's get on it

Would not even list the price of a ring I was interested in buying simply because I had no id. Mind you I wasn’t asking to try it on or even take it out the case just how much it would cost and I was in the interest of making a big purchase but wouldn’t sell it to me because again I didn’t have my id. Horrible customer service and will never buy jewelry here. Plus when I spoke to the manager about the situation she sided with the clerk as if I did something wrong.

There was no clerk to assist to get 4 dresses off the wall .so you lost 458.00 in sales +4 shoes 383.slips,etc..went to macys even got the men clothing there too. We sent over 3,367.there..guess i didn't matter you so much..i asked and waited they never came..Your Loss??

Love the optional parking behind JCP. The second level is great to not have your vehicle in between all them people trying to get parking at the front of the entrance doors. The second floor level is perfect to enter through to jcpenny.

Went to J C penny's and asked for assistance and the people were really friendly and helped me find what I needed. Highly recommend going to Penny's first.
