I come to this location often and always pre order my food for pick up. When ordering I prepay and pre tip but lately my food is not ready when I go to pick it up waiting on average about 10 minutes after my order was said to be ready. In the three years I’ve been coming to this location it has only been in the last two months that I have had this issue.

The food is consistently good and well assembled. I have eaten here several times and almost every time they fail to call out your name to pick up finished meals. I have sat and waited for food that was finished for over 10 minutes before I had to ask someone if it was ready. The staff ignored me and made no effort to check if I had gotten served.

The Jersey Mike's on Panama and Ashe is the best location. Always fun, friendly staff and food made to order any way you

The manager here is horrible he's extremely rude and needs to be REPLACED ASAPP he not only made the rudest unprofessional faces when I was simply just asking to add another sandwich to my order while I was literally still ordering like a total jerk. Definitely never coming to this location again and hope they can find a better nicer manger who likes his job because this dude obviously didn't!

That African American Manger/worker dude is an ass. We get it man life is hard but throw a damm smile on your face or at MINIMUM talk to customers with a helpful tone of voice instead of your condescending shitty tone. The rest of the staff is very helpful and nice but you can tell by their faces that him working besides his team has a factor in their work attitude. Good food though!

Nothing worse than ubering your lunch to your office only to find a hair! And then when I called the assistant manager didn’t seem concerned or made it any better. I was pretty annoyed to say the least

I love Jersey Mikes I been to all of them here in Bakersfield . But the one on 6326 Ashe rd wow worse experience the manager was super rude . Yelling at the workers in front of customers he didn't even say how are you doing today nothing .. I been in the restaurant business as a waitress and that's not how you treat customers.. It left a bad taste in my mouth to be honest he looked mad making my sandwich just not a good experience..But once your rude to one customer then another that's how you lose business. The ambiance was just sad the workers didn't look happy at all they come off frustrated ..

It has been a long time since I’ve gone anywhere to order food which such sweet customer service. As someone else who also works customer service every day, I know some days can be more draining than others, so I try not to make things confusing or take up too much time. But when my boyfriend and I mentioned that it was our first time ordering at a Jersey Mikes, Samantha (I hope I am not misremembering her name, apologies if I do) went out of her way to explain how the menu works, how prepping and making the hot and cold sandwiches are, and giving us recommendations on what to add or how to order.Even if we were quickly rang up and got our order in, that would have been perfectly fine, but doing little things like that and asking us how we liked the sandwiches after really makes a difference in our dining experience. Most works I’ve seen at other establishments (other places in general, not just Jersey Mikes), I see most workers easily focus on getting their tasks and may lose the interest or patience to interact with customers more than necessary, and I get it, it can be draining and burn out is REAL. And there’s always the possibility that the workers that I saw today at JM were burnt out too, but even so, they still went out their way to welcome us and make sure that our experience was pleasant the entire time.TLDR: I really liked everyone who helped us today, especially Samantha. They’re customer service deserves a raise or some sort of bonus, please!!

I have found my new sub shop favorite! I know that Jersey Mike's has been around for a while now, but I never tried it until recently. If anybody remembers Brinks Deli on Ming Avenue, they may understand my obsession with their sandwiches. So when they went out of business, I was heartbroken. I've tried a few other sandwich shops in town, but none of them would compare.......until now! Jersey Mike's sandwiches are so similar to Brinks, that they have definitely won my heart. Everything is fresh...the bread, the meats, the cheese, the produce. It's all amazing! The only thing I'm upset with is that I didn't find them sooner. Thank you Jersey Mike's for restoring my faith in sandwiches?PS- the service was top-notch and the restaurant was extremely clean. They have hit the mark in every category!
