My son ordered a tassel 2 weeks before graduation (5/18/2022) and he received it 2 weeks after graduation so we returned it but until now we haven’t received the refund and EveryTime i called them it’s always “we gonna request your refund wait for 7 to 10 business days and again and again until now!!!!%!¥£€@$”!!!!!??? So finally I received the refund in form of check 9/23/22 but the name on the check was wrong!! Therefore i can’t deposit it or cashed it because of the wrong spelling ??♀️

I reordered my class ring that had been stolen some time ago. It did it on-line and it was easy to do. I got my ring today and it is better than expected! Really nice. I got the two-tone and it is very classy. Thanks so much Jostens.

When my son's class ring did finally arrive after much confusion and failure to communicate we realized it was the wrong school mascot. This was 2 months ago and we are still waiting on a replacement ring. I finally reached out today as I have not heard from the Jostens reps even once this whole time. They said it would take 6 weeks so I gave them extra time for shipping, etc. They said the ring was there in their office, I should've gotten an email or text then asked when I'd like to drive the 2 hours to their office to exchange the rings. My son did not have his ring for graduation but will at least get to SEE it before he leaves for basic training in the US Navy. I have one more child I'll need to buy a class ring for but it will NOT be through Jostens. I will also advise all my friends and family members to avoid Jostens products whenever they can.

BEEN WAITING ON THE LINE FOR TWO HOURS AND STILL NO ANSWER. It has been six weeks and I still do not have my college graduation gown. I haven't been able to take pictures or have a graduation party because they are taking so long. I'm a first generation graduate and was looking forward to receiving my gown

We ordered a tassel for my son's high school graduation. We placed the order back in Feb, 2020. In the weeks preceding the end of the school year, we hadn't received the tassel yet. So we placed several phone calls to Jostens to try and get shipment status. No one answered the phone. No one returned our voicemails. Now, 2 weeks after graduation, the tassel arrived in the mail. Not very useful any more.
