Ooop a child through a piece of chicken on the floor, better close the entire lobby.This place will close their lobby for any reason they can get. they’re constantly closing the lobby before 8 PM and it’s infuriating.

service was nice, atmosphere was nice, but the food was very disappointing. i ordered a famous bowl and i literally only had 2 pieces of chicken inside. and the bowl wasn’t even halfway filled. i get it inflation and everything but this was the second time it happened. just kind of upsetting.

When my husband went to pick up our online order, they told him to park and wait for them to come out to give it to him. They came out and gave him the wrong name of Sherry the order was under Cheryl. They insisted and left him with the order. After they left, he looked in the bag and saw that it was the wrong order. It was 35 chicken nuggets and not the 6 piece order that we ordered. My husband walked back inside to tell them it was the wrong order and that the order was under Cheryl Black. They claimed there was no such order placed and he had to call me. I gave them the order number and they found it. As my husband was standing there holding the bag with the wrong order, door dash came in and they took the order from my husband and gave it to the door dash person for delivery. Can you honestly pass an order to another after it’s been in the possession of another person? How do they know if it was touched or altered in anyway? I think that’s illegal, unethical and just plain nasty. I wouldn’t feel good about receiving my order after it had been in the hands of another customer. They finally got my order together as my husband waited. We seem to consistently have problems with this location. Sadly, I'm not feeling good about going back. I’m considering reporting this to the health department

Ordered ahead mobile app 30 mins, got there the food was ready on time drove back home another 30 mins thinking all of the food would be great I was wrong , the extra crispy chicken was so undercooked and was missing all the sauces ,my advice if you order online check everything in the store before you leave. Popeyes or Canes doesn't disappoint like this.

Ordered a 12 piece meal. Lady asked me 3 times, extra crispy or original? I repeated myself 3x, extra crispy. What did they give me? Very frustrating. It's not that difficult.

I had ordered my food and was told to wait and park in front. I had to wait like 45 minutes. Others that had gotten there after me got their food before I did and I had already been there before them. It’s cause I’m Mexican huh. Serving the other non Mexicans first.

Make sure to check your food before you drive off. We had missing sides. Plus mac & cheese was cold.
