Walk in and got seen very quickly , the receptionist was very kind and professional as well as the tech , felt absolutely nothing . Over all friendly and fast would recommend 10/10

I had an appointment at 8 AM. I was in at 07:59 and was out the door by 08:09. The lady who drew my blood, Jordan, was so quick. 10/10, would get my blood drawn here again.

*Lab Corp is a laboratory for medical tests?
* qThe staff there is very nice and helpful
* You have to get an appointment through the site as there is no walk in
* The Doctor there can take deal with infants ???? but better to go before 12pm
There lunch break is from 12:00-01:00pm
*the laboratory is clean
* Working days from Monday to Friday
* Working hours till 03:00pm
* They are fast professional in there work

The lady that does my blood is SO good. In and out quickly, lets me lay down. Shes the best.

I had my first visit to Labcorp today Oct. 24, 2023 for a rheumatological blood draw. I made my appointment online and that was so pleased - both the Labcorp website and app are very easy and incredibly user friendly.I then went to the Old River rd location in Bakersfield and Jordan O. was the technician/phlebotomist. In fact she was the only one there. She handled me and every patient that came in with incredible professionalism and grace.Ty Jordan O.

Horrable cant get phone call returned after 5 messages my doctor never got results and couldnt get through eather. So did they misplace my labs? And now I have to repeat them .very poor management of patient records. This has postponed my surgery clearance.

No one answered the door and I called several times to see if I could be attended. I had seen online that walk ins were welcome but apparently they are not. I would've appreciated at least someone answering the phone and telling me that appointments were required. I also saw that it was not busy at all. No one was in the waiting room and I could hear through the front door staff speaking about things that were unrelated to their work. I felt very ignored because I am positive that I was seen at the window yet someone continued to look at their phone.

They are very nice and efficient, results were ready the very next morning.

The nurse is very patient, nice, and professional. You don't need to fill out bunch of paperwork before lab, only need to check in on machine and scan your ID and insurance card.
