Omg, by far the worse company in existence! I filed my taxes through you and finally got my NetSpend card yesterday! Went to go to pull my money off at Bank of America and they put an instant freeze on it saying fraud alert. I haven't been able to get MY MONEY not a single dime. They reject every single document I sent them even ID Me! Total frauds and NetSpend is in on it. My rent is due and can't pay it waiting on them to decide to give me MY MONEY! NEVER AGAIN will I use them..

Keep getting notifications that someone here is using my phone number to sign up to start filing taxes and I have never used this brand or location for any past tax returns. I do not even live in the state currently so someone at this location is using fraudulent information. If this is not corrected I will report to BBB and IRS.

10 years I have filed with liberty tax.Yes. We've always over paid. $600 a year. But like most I wanted to go through a "professional". Sadly this year like 3 other passed years have proven me wrong. This year I had enough. All I can do is hope others file elsewhere before it's too late.

I filed Feb 1. Not only have I not received my return but have been strung along and lied to since!! What is going on with Liberty? Are they taking our money? Literally its been over a month and everytime I call they lie to me and string me along further. Why? Where is the money Ive worked so hard for??

Scammers, bootleg tax folks don't do business like professionals at all. Don't know how to respond to the IRS or answer your questions
