I love Homedepot, but let me tell you, Lowes has a lot of selections of items the Homedepot doesn't.
For instance. Lowes has some really great grills and smokers way nicer than Homedepot.
Must check out Lowes for your home improvement, grilling and garden needs..

Has the appearance of a high-end Home Depot.
Both "Home Depot" and "Lowe's" give off vibes to me. Home Depot is the "rougher" of the two so the vibe here is, rougher = cheaper. Lowe's, on the other hand, is the more "polished." Again, for me, polished = more expensive. This is my personal bias.
And when I'm torn between the two? I shop Amazon.

Customer service sucks on hold for 10 min to have some hood rat hang up on me because she was to stupid to answer a question will never shop here again. Need to hire people that actually care about customer service

Extremely disappointed in our recent experience at this Lowe's. We were in the market for a new patio umbrella, but didn't have our truck with us. So I thought to order it through their app to come back with the truck to get it. We went ahead and ordered one after physically seeing they had it in stock (with several in inventory according to the app). I then a got notification this morning that they no longer had the umbrella in stock. When my husband called they tried to say they never had it in stock the day before which was untrue. After this they refused to help. We were successful in a refund but the whole experience was unnecessary and frustrating. We ended up going through another retailer to get what we needed. Too bad this store couldn't come through.

The employees are way nicer than those people at the other store down the street. Lowe's employees are always polite, respectful, and helpful.
