Today I went to the store Lowe’s to get some screw and I asked Help the girl name, Vicky guiterez first, I said hi to her and she didn’t respond and then I gave her the screw. The one I was looking for she started looking around and I feel like maybe she doesn’t know maybe I can help her to show the screw the one I have in the book. I asked her if you can look at the book she literally told me I don’t need to look at any book because I don’t work in this department, so I don’t know and I was like I’m sorry you don’t have to be rude. If you don’t know anything about the screws, I can ask somebody else to help me and she literally handed me the screw back and walk away and I ask her excuse me may I know your name and she kept walking and I have to ask somebody else her name because I really wanna complain about her. Was really really messed up if somebody don’t know how to help the customers they shouldn’t be working I’m going to complain Corporation

They have the WORST curbside pickup customer service. As a person who worked & knows Retail Business Customer service myself. They never have any employees set to do curbside. Every time I have tried to Curbside Store pickup, never fails each time the wait is more than 30 mins when it’s not even busy most the times. What’s the point of offering a service you cannot provide?!!!! Please do Better…
