We have updated two of our properties with engineered countertops and have been impressed with the quality at a fraction of the cost of real quartz. We definitely recommend Lu Granite & Cabinet for cost effective projects.

Cabinets showed up 3 different colors .Lupe said she would talk to the owner and fix the wrong ones just removerte ones that where wrong.next day showed up with them and she said no the owner said we couldn’t replace them. Who ever has been done dirty by this company please contact me so we can take them to court.this is not rght !!!

If I could give them a below 1 star I would. Stay away from this company if you don't want to get ripped off! They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. If they make a mistake no matter how big or small they do not DO NOT correct it. Read your contract before buying anything they state very clearly that they aren't a reputable company and have no morals and just take your money and don't care the damage they do. Please please please go to another cabinet company and pay a little extra its well worth it!

Lupe is wonderful but their quality is garbage I went in to buy all new cabinets for my kitchen, and I was helped by lupe who was patient and was extremely helpful with our purchase but once we paid it was all down hill. It took a month to get our cabinets and they don’t deliver. But when I finally unboxed the first cabinet and pieced them together I found that the pieces don’t fit right. It like someone cut theses things with their feet while blindfolded. And you can’t return them because they will penalize you with a 25% restocking fee. I am not the kind of person who files law suits it I have been so tempted on this one. Go somewhere else not this place. But I have to say that their staff is very friendly and lupe really is great too bad they represent such poor quality.

Update : The caulking they completed on the backsplash has completely cracked and separated. The lack of quality in their work has been apparent throughout every aspect of this project. It seems I am not the only one to have quality issues, as pointed out by another yelper in another review. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere my fellow yelp community! There are times that I wish Yelp offered the ability to leave ZERO stars as 1/5 feels much too generous.
