Did not appreciate that interaction that my bf experienced today. He offer to pick up my item in store. Off the back the lady that was helping him gave him attitude. As long as the item has your name on it you’re able to pick it up. My bf name was on it and the girl was not wanting to give him the item because it doesn’t look like something he would wear. Which I think is ridiculous because that remark was not necessary. He told her that the item was for me. She still was being hesitant. Luckily the girl in the other cash register overheard the conversation and told her he can have the item because he had the confirmation email and his name was on it. That girl needs to learn how to do her job because that interaction was ridiculous.

I always have a good experience every time I come into Lululemon, even when it's packed. The associates are very attentive and thoughtful of your needs. I don't usually write reviews but my latest experience with Natalie made my day! I'm sure the other associates go above and beyond to make sure you leave feeling happy.

Won’t be shopping here, went in with a friend to buy our first pair of leggings from here. We were so excited because we are plus size and we had just found out they carried big sizes in store. We were not greeted, nor were we helped. But other people were helped right away. This is not the way you treat customers.

I just went into the store on 7/30 and the whole team was AMAZING! Maddie was my associate and the manager at the store was so nice. I went into the store with some concerns on my pants and they recommended a pant and size they believed I would love. And they were spot on!!! My biggest thank you to that entire team and the manager on site that really cared about me. Im sorry I didn’t catch your name :( Definitely made me love this store 10X more. Will come back just to see these gals and have them help me!!!

Honestly it doesn't surprise me that the two other one-star reviews on here are due to horrid customer service. I recently bought some of my favorite Align leggings back in January from the SLO location while I was on vacation. My first complaint goes directly to Lululemon for making a cheap product that claims to be durable. Why is it that not even a month after paying $98 for "athletic" wear I get a hole in the middle of my backside that cannot be repaired by sewing it? I visited the Valenicia location and asked if it was possible to exchange them due to this problem. The worker at this location was kind and claimed that I should be able to do so if it was within 6 months of purchasing them. So I took them back, but this time to Bakersfield because this is where I live. I am sorely disappointed by the experience I had. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with weird looks. I will preface by saying I am midsized. Should I have to state this information? Sadly I do because apparently the associate that helped me thought it was worth mentioning while "helping" me. She claimed that the Align pants aren't for "walking or hiking" because they're very "delicate". Like wow, what was I supposed to do, put them on just to look at them? She further commented that I couldn't exchange them for the same pair..without exactly explaining why that was. Then she continues to recommend me one line of pants that were "bigger in the thighs" and that if I try on a different line to size up. All this was said while looking me up and down. To say I was embarrassed and infuriated by her is just scratching the surface of my dissatisfaction. I thought Lululemon was a store and a BRAND that is supposed to support all people and sizes to lead an active lifestyle. How am I supposed to go back and support a brand now that not only has poor quality clothing but also people that are completely insensitive and partial? I will most likely never step foot again in this store. Really hope Lululemon as a whole can be more inclusive and find better people who are kind and don't make people feel uncomfortable to represent them as a whole. We live in 2022. You guys can do far better than this.

Worst customer service ever!! Couldn't get greeted! Couldn't get help with items! Passed over at the dressing room! If I am looking at you standing at the counter then you should ask if I need help!! I normally shop in Sherman Oaks and I will now not recommend anyone to the Bakersfield ming store !!! Get it together and produce better customer service
